Wingstop — Restaurant in Florida

First night we ordered, the wings were like jerky, it was actually painful to chew. The fries were very overdone as well. Very crunchy, one could probably break a tooth or impale someone with them.

We decided to give it a second shot because even restaurants have bad days every now and then.

Well, tonight was worse. We ordered and it took near an hour to get our food. While my husband waited, I was able to order food for our younger kids, go pick it up, run down the road to pick up packages at an Amazon locker box and run into Walmart for a few items.

Anyway, he gets the food, we go home. We get home, open the bag to find that, even though we paid for two 8pc traditional wings, all we were given was boneless. This won’t do, especially since I can’t eat gluten.

It’s already 11pm at this point, after a day at the park, we are exhausted and just want to eat and go to bed. He calls ahead to the restaurant to see if they will start remaking the wings so they are ready when we get there. They refuse. He pleads with them because it’s a 10+ minute drive there from our home and he didn’t want to get there and wait another 50 minutes for the remake. We still have jobs we have to get to in the morning. He tries to explain that we are tired and just want the food we ordered ready when we get there. I mean, seriously, you can place an order online and have it ready to pick up when you get there but she didn’t want to do that. She had a major attitude. My daughter and I could both hear her through the phone, from where we were across the room, despite my husband having his phone to his ear.

My husband tried once again, surprisingly very calmly (I would not have been so calm), to reason with her. He was in the middle of talking and asking her nicely to once again, please start making the order so it would be done by time he got there but mid sentence, she just hung up on him.

My older kids did have boneless wings and they seemed to like them well enough tonight. Better than they did the last time we ordered from here. The fries were a bit over seasoned but they were perfectly cooked, not like the skewers we carefully chewed last time.

So, for the most part, the food seemed decent this time. The service however, was definitely lacking. For this reason, we will most likely not return to this location.

We do prefer the location off 192 and 27 but it’s a bit of a drive for us and we really needed to get food quickly tonight. The irony is though, if we had just gone to our preferred location, we probably would’ve finished eating by now and be getting ready for bed and work and tomorrow. As it is, the hubs is still at this awful location trying to get our order fixed nearly 2...

Any, and every time i come in to wingstop they are alwayssss on pointtt!!! CHILDDD! Let me pyo game. So normally when i go into establishments they arent the nicest lets be honest. Well i pulled up today an had a gentleman name Byran assist me with my order. Bryan was fast quick efficient, and respectful off rip. IF YALL DONT COME INTO THIS WINGSTOP YALL DUMB, idk what the other reviews yappin about, the staff is always on point. Ima KEEEP COMING BACK. Bryan was phenomenal, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mr jahvon on the other hand needs some more retraining . Trynna argue with me saying i need to order blue cheese &’ pay when i originally order dipping sauce with my order and had showed him the receipt. &’ on my receipt when mr.bryan had rung me up and charged me for my blue cheese. The Front associate, Kaitlynn Mundo, was absolutely delightful and had amazing attitude while dealing with high volume. She did an excellent job taking my order over the phone as well. Manager Emmannis of Store #2469 is running a fantastic restaurant. The whole team in the back was working very diligently. There was at least 8 of them and they were all working hard. The store was very packed with fifteen to twenty people. I felt so obliged by how well they were doing to give them a $20 tip. This whole team performs really well under pressure and the wings were phenomenal. Some of the best i've had! And my order was complex and they took very good care at separating things and nothing was wrong on my order. Keep up...
