foosackly's - Foley — Restaurant in Foley

Stopped in for lunch and got the on chicken finger box...$6.09 plus tax. It comes with five chicken fingers, slaw, crinkle fries, a piece of garlic toast and 1 sauce. I chose the sweet and spicy kung foo sauce. The slaw had little to no flavor... actually it was a little bitter. The garlic toast was not real good either. The fries were okay and you get a lot of them. I dipped mine in the sauce and they were better. The sweet and spicy sauce is their version of a sweet chilli Thai.sauce. It was really good. Now for the chicken fingers. They were the smallest chicken fingers I have ever had. I got six instead of five but honestly most of them were only two bites each. The biggest one was probably three...maybe four bites. Really small compared to a place like Raising cane's. I've included a picture of the fingers next to some not so big crinkle fries. The fingers were good, not great. Would I go out of my way to eat here? No; Would I eat here again?...

I absolutely love Foosacklys. The staff are so friendly and the food is great every time! However, tonight we went through the drive through and were met with a purple haired girl with the most attitude. She gave us nasty looks when we pulled up. When taking our order, she kept cutting us off and the huffing and puffing was a bit extra if you ask me. She got upset when our order continued. We have two people in the car, I would think that you could infer that both of the people would like something to eat. When she gave us our drinks, she more so shoved them at us very aggressively. I understand not liking that you have to work, but this is a customer service job. As someone who works in the retail and food industry, there are good and bad days but you need to put on at least a smile. The manager we talked to about this issue was very helpful and we will continue to go to Foosacklys. This interaction just really took me off guard and upset both of us...

If I could give negative five stars I would!! Went there for lunch and got me and my dad our usual the bigger box... Well got back to work starving and ready to eat, I go to open my box of food and there it was, a dirty used bandaid stuck to lid of my box!! It took everything in me not drive up there and throw the food in someone's face!! So I did the right thing and called the manager of the restaurant and politely explained to him what I had found in my food, and that I wasn't happy about the incident, that I would never be eating there again, and I want a refund immediately. So he tells me I could either have a refund or a new plate of food after I just told him I would never be eating there again for as long as I live and I want my money back. So he went over the details of how I would be refunded my money and so on. Needless to say I never got refunded my money. So here's...
