Wendy's — Restaurant in Foley

I am always bragging on Wendy's and how they have great food, get my order correct and friendly employees. This Wendy's was the opposite of others I have experienced. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. The lady on the other end of the speaker was rude from the jump. I gave my order crystal clear and it was repeated back to me correctly. As I arrived at the window, I was rudely given my total and I couldn't understand her and was given it again in an annoyed and rude manner. She handed me my drinks and 2 of them were supposed to be sweet tea and the other diet coke. The 2 sweet teas were 100% unsweet and gross. I asked her nicely if she was sure that she gave us sweet and not unsweet and she said "yep". I informed her that it was not sweet and she walked away from the window. When she handed us our food, I then asked if we could get coke instead and she rolled her eyes, snatched the cups out of my hand and threw them. She replaced them with coke as requested and I told her that was sorry but they just didn't taste right but she didn't seem to care about anything I had to say. We left and began to eat our food. We were missing an order of nuggets and one of the burgers were made incorrectly. The fries were cold, soggy and not seasoned at all. We visit Wendy's on a weekly basis but have zero intentions on returning to this one. I really hate to give such a poor review to a place we love and I always love giving praise instead of criticism but this one I simply...

Overall service is fair to good.Im here semi often and usually theres less crew there at night so it's to be expected that there's longer of a wait then, but during lunch and dinner rush it's super busy and I think it could be managed better,everytime I go Inside to order it's the same thing. The person on the register in between taking orders goes and sets up fries,but leaving customers who haven't ordered yet just waiting and waiting at the counter.My experience is usually always the same,wait and wait and wait ,finally get to the counter,then wait and stare at the cashier as she laughs and giggles with the sandwich maker and drive-thru person,and then so many times after I place my order,forgets to hand me my cup for my drink but I can never seem to grab her attention for it either.Not until she has my bag or tray ready,and then I have to say "my drink?" and then the blank stare I get,her looking back and forth at me and her screen to make sure , then gives it,there's been at least twice this happend and she goes"i already gave it to you" and ofcourse she hasn't (why would I lie for an extra drink and where am I hiding the first one if she did)..so there's definitely some training and managing issues...BUT ....I gotta say they are all for the most part very very friendly and nowhere near as bad as other places...

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a medium Wild Berry lemonade, the lady at the drive through told me my total was $6.47, I get up to the window and i give them exact change, the man that took the money opened the window again and said its supposed to be $7.02, i said okay but she told me $6.47 a minute ago, and i hand him another $1.00, making a total of $7.47- he then opens the window and all but throws 43 cents at me (my change should have been 45 cents) with a very nasty attitude. then he opens the window again and tries to hand me a small cup, i told him that wasn't my order - he goes its a small frosty - i told him what my order was and he called the manager (i think) over and asks how a small frosty got added to my order, he then asks if i still wanted it , i told him no because that's not what i ordered. then the manager says they will give me 55 cents back because that is what a frosty cost because they're on sale. so he gives me the 55 cents back and pretty much throws the bag of chicken nuggets at me all because THEY ADDED SOMETHING TO MY ORDER THAT I DIDN'T ORDER. didn't apologize or anything when they realized it was their mistake and not mine. and as much as i love their wild berry lemonade, i don't think ill be visiting the Foley...
