I visited the braums on South Hulen street. When I got home, I changed clothes and sat down to eat. I then realized that my order was wrong. I called back to the store. At this time they were closed, but a young lady answered the phone with a simple hello. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me that she didn't know what to do because they were closed and she thought I was her ride and that's the only reason she answered the phone. After being put on hold for a while the manager came to the phone and told me that he hated my order was wrong but they were closed and that I could save my burger, bring it back tomorrow and they would remake it. I explained to him that that was crazy seeing as how that was my dinner that he was requesting that I save. I got the number for the DM. I have called him twice and left two messages and no response. Will most likely not be returning to this establishment.
Addition: Oddly I received a call from the DM 10min after I reviewed the store. He offered to remake my order. Unfortunately I'm not interested in receiving food from an establishment where they have a person in management that feels it would be a great idea for me to save a burger for a future date to return even though it's my dinner for that night. Read moreVisited this place yesterday for the 1st time. Upon our arrival this location seemed to be pretty busy at the drive thru so we decided to go inside. As we entered lighting was good but the layout was different. We walked up to the counter to order our food. It took a little while before anyone said or decided to take our order. Employees were either working hard or just walking back and forth not doing anything. I guess the manager then unlocked the cash register and took our order. It seemed like he was doing double duty on dine in side and the drive thru. We went to sit at a table that was not cleaned but it was cleaner than the others that we looked at. I noticed that cleaning supplies were out along with trash bags so I cleaned the table myself. We received our order and food was ok but not to Braums normal standards. Besides the order being incorrect I wasn't about to stand in the line that grew 5 fold after we had placed our order. If the manager would manage and direct his employees, I'm sure that would help. During our meal one employees came out to clean a table. She stayed cleaning that same table during our entire meal. Yes, one table but at least she was doing something. This location needs help...
Read moreWe just got back from visiting your store in Forest Hill Texas. I normally enjoy my visits to Brums but not this time. I ordered a 1/3 pounder (#1 combo meal) and requested grilled onions. The cashier said she did not know how to input the request but would tell the cook. (since I received sliced onions this did not happen) and my wife a ordered a Chicken Stake dinner. When I got my order I received my burger and a chicken sandwich with 2 orders of fries. I pointed it out to the lady that gave me my order, she took my receipt and told the cook. The cook was upset went to the fridge got out a stake and dropped it in the oil, let it set for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, pulled it out with a pair of tongs and with hot oil still dripping put it in the Styrofoam container which melted. This visit rates as the worse I have had at any Brums and I will never go back to this one. Your management staff needs a lesson in customer service.
