Dear Ice Cream Enthusiasts,
I know it's cold and the weather will remind us on the days ahead that we will miss summer, LOL!
If you are an ice cream fanatic please read on.
I'm thrilled to share a glowing review of the Cold Stone Creamery located on Hurstbourne Lane in Louisville, KY. If you're looking for a truly delectable ice cream experience, look no further.
One of their standout offerings is the "Strawberry Surrendered" themed ice cream. This delightful creation comes with real strawberries, crunchy almonds, all served on a waffle cone. What makes it even more appealing is the option to add bananas, which takes this frozen treat to a whole new level of deliciousness.
Cold Stone Creamery has long been known for its commitment to using only the finest ingredients. The inclusion of real strawberries ensures a burst of natural, fruity flavor, while the almonds add a satisfying crunch. The addition of bananas brings a delightful sweetness to balance out the richness of the ice cream. It's a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that leaves a lasting impression.
But it's not just about the ice cream; it's about the entire experience. Excellent customer service can make a good outing great, and it's clear that the staff at this establishment goes the extra mile to ensure a memorable visit.
So, if you're in Louisville, KY, and in the mood for a delightful ice cream experience, make your way to Cold Stone Creamery on Hurstbourne Lane. You won't be...
Read moreDear manager/owner please hire someone to supervise the teenagers you have working. It’s a complete mess in there. This was our go-to place (we love the ice-cream) but now I will choose another location. The line is out the door because out of three, one employee was actually taking orders. Two were walking around trying to cut the brownie with a plastic knife and then the other found the knife in the sink, but ended up dropping the brownie on the back counter and then putting it in my ice-cream. One was repeatedly asking the others to help with orders. They aren’t cleaning up or wearing gloves. My founder’s favorite ended up with someone’s leftover sprinkles. They are playing around, making jokes and I get it, they’re kids! I’m more disappointed by whoever owns/manages this location. But as long as the customers keep coming and the line continues out of the door, it probably doesn’t matter to them. I read the other reviews which pretty much echo everything I have experienced the last few times we have visited… always different employees, all teenagers, same issues. It’s not one bad experience, this is ongoing. But there are customers that are still coming in and waiting for this poor service so this will probably continue. This was probably...
Read moreWe walked in around 7:30 pm on a Friday night. We had two families ahead of us. When it was our turn “Mars” was the person taking our order. She took my son’s order and gave him his. Then she took my order, a Dough For It (pictured), then after making mine shoved it on the counter and walked away to the back. Two other staff people start helping the people behind us and my husband had yet to order. Finally we told them that my husband hadn’t ordered yet. “Mars” was called back out to make his. I looked at my ice cream and realized it had sprinkles in it, which Dough For It does not have. I kindly said “this isn’t what I ordered. I ordered Dough For It”. She told me to give it back to her. She put the ice cream back on the counter and mixed in a couple of chocolate chip cookies, and threw it back on the counter. Still wrong! At this point my husband and I realized that the service at this location wasn’t going to get better so I ate the ice cream that I didn’t order. Also, all of the ice cream was melting before they even gave it to you.
The service at this location is horrid and “Mars” should find a different line of work as she doesn’t seem cut...
