Subway — Restaurant in Forsyth

I used the SUBWAY app to order my food from this location at least 6 times in past few weeks. I work nights and have a tight schedule, the app works great. The folks at the store seem be challenged by the technology. On 2 occasions they simply did not make the sandwich. Once I waited for it and was late to work. The 2nd time they said they didn't get the order at all and there were 4 people in the line and I was just disgusted and left. The First thing is, I order well in advance and using the app you have to pay in advance (I use paypal). Secondly, they got paid and I got nothing in return. I called PayPal and they along with the store owner eventually denied my claim. The app works, I like the food. The store, it's owner and the inept employees are at fault. Very rude crew tonight May 2nd, 2020 extremely unprofessional. Asked what we wanted then snapped that they were closed and wouldn’t give us some chips and cookies. Apparently all they were there for was waiting for an online order. So when asked why they asked what they could help us with if they were closed (btw we were like maybe 2 mins past 8) they went off saying all they are there for was that online order, they closed at 8 can’t serve us and good day, but it was the tone of voice that was so upsetting. You do not speak to your customers like that or you don’t belong in a business where you serve others. The attitude was plain trashy and gross. For me seeing this subway has only a 3.9 rating, and the three girls working at 1:10 on March 3rd. 2022, One doing the meats, one on vegetables and the other keeping the register and supplies going are a great team. They rate 5 stars in my and wife's opinion. My Chicken Teriyaki was one of the best I have eaten. Wife's meatball sub was hot and tasty.
