First impression was a little rocky. Couldn’t get in the main entrance, but Austin came out and let us in. Then the handle of the front door fell off as we walked in. Started to feel a little trapped, but the warm welcoming atmosphere quickly soothed our initial concerns. Austin treated us to an amazing 6 course dining experience starting with some INCREDIBLE focaccia bread and homemade butter. Each course that followed surpassed the creativity and flavor of its predecessor. Shishito peppers w/ red pepper aioli, arugula salad and apple cider vinaigrette, braised beef ragu. Polenta was weird but good, would put the tomato jam on a burger. All finished off with an outstanding Ricotta ice cream balsamic blueberry olive oil and rosemary cake…. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Worth every penny. Will dine again. No one offered me anything to drink ever, but I guess it was a bring your own bev type vibe. Still 5 Stars. Very cozy environment, they let us play their PS5 while the chef cooked and it was just us and one other guest (I think the Chef’s girlfriend…?). Very intimate and wonderful experience. There were no chairs as a part of this unique dining adventure, we tasted and enjoyed everything on our own two feet as to make sure we felt the taste of the food from head to toe. And I sure was buzzin from head to toe. Thank you Austin for the hospitality and amazing food. Just a couple loose screws to tighten up… mostly on the...
Read moreWell... I was sure disappointed today. I took my daughter to lunch for my second visit to this place. I will not be back. My first visit with my husband a few months back was terrific! The food was terrific, the service terrific.. terrific! Fast forward to today.. the food once again terrific... the service however.. wow! I've never been so under appreciated as a customer. Natalie the server was very sweet.. the entire time that we saw her.. which was I believe 3 times.. when she took our drink order.. when she FINALLY brought our check and when she brought a pen to sign it. Seriously... I felt we were very nice (no reason not to be) and our order was super simple. Natalie never came back.. we had to ask for our check and finally asked someone to please get it for us... now mind you they were busy.. pretty busy in fact.. that wasn't the issue, I don't mind waiting.. especially for good food and good service. The issue we had was that once she took our order, we suddenly became persona non grata. She visited every table around us several times, offering drink refills, water whatever they might need.. but never so much as breathed in our direction again. We were enjoying our food at least I guess but it you know... whatever right? No no.. we wanted to talk to the manager to explain how disappointed we were.... he absolutely could not have cared less. Which cool. I guess we don't...
Read moreDelicious, great service, clean. We made reservations for 2pm and were seated promptly (highly recommend as they were busy). The manager started our drink order since our waitress was busy with another table. Our waitress arrived to take our order shortly after our drinks arrived. We started with the artichoke dip; hot served with chips, carrots and celery, was creamy, flavorful, hot, and just right for two. We placed our order for main course as the appetizer arrived. I ordered crispy crab stuffed avocado, 1/4 rotisserie chicken, roasted brussel sprouts, and cranberry apple coleslaw. My husband ordered 1/2 rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, and cranberry apple coleslaw. The chicken was cooked to perfection! Juicy, tender, and flavorful. The coleslaw is a must have! Potatoes were delicious, well seasoned, and creamy. Brussel sprouts are a favorite of mine and they were not a disappointment; seasoned just right, and cooked just tender enough. Our main course arrived just as we finished our appetizer; timing is an art and they have it down. We followed our main course with delicious dessert. My husband had key lime pie. Amazing! I had crème brûlée. To die for! I enjoyed a Kiwi cucumber margarita. Refreshing, and not overpowering.
We enjoyed our time here and will be returning again. They will not rush you here and that is much...
