Summary: This is a great restaurant with tons of options and a great staff. I would recommend this as a must try in Fort Collins The primary reason I enjoy Stuft so much is the customizable burger menu (see photos). The ability to pick my own toppings, meat, bread, and sauce is highly underrated, plus the write-in menu makes it much simpler. You can choose your favorite flavors or come up with new combinations you've never heard of before. The build menu includes things like spinach and pickles to peanut butter and doughnut buns. And the cherry on top is that, most of the time, your burger doesn't come apart when you start eating! Their sides are amazing, with parmesan fries that are good to the last tot, and one of my all time favorite sides, cheese curds. The staff is very friendly every time I've gone and always offers to explain the build your own menu. They've been more than happy to make recommendations and make sure you're well taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Unfortunately their booth seats are pretty uncomfortable, having no cushioning, but that's my only complaint. Overall this is a great experience that I recommend to all my friends.

This is by far one of the worst restaurants i have ever been to. Not for their food but for their customer service. During my visit the waitress was absolutely rude to us compared to other guests and blantly showed it. We only asked for 2 Things and those . Things were never given given us. When requesting the food I ordered I was the only 1 who had NOT received anything. When confronting the waitress she acted like it was our problem the food wasn't on the table. When eventually getting my order it was slammed down by a random person so fast it was shocking. At this point between the food and the attitude I was crying in the restaurant and the waitress continued to treat me absolutely horrible and at the end said to our faces "have good day."People around us stared. I came to visit CO hoping for an amazing experience and all i got was salty tears and no food. My partner told me they overheard them talking and heard them say something about checking their resume. So assuming our waitress was the manager, that hurt more.

Okay so I knew that I loved this place, but I had never had their milkshakes until today and HOLY SMOKES they’re SO GOOD! I’m kicking myself that I’ve never had them. I got a salted caramel brownie milkshake (with Kahlua). It even came with a brownie on top 😋 My friend got a Buzz Kill (also with Kahlua) and he had Oreos added to his as well. We got cheese curds as an appetizer and shared the Parmesan garlic fries (which are amazing btw). We each built our own burgers too. We added fried Brussel sprouts which was honestly pretty delicious! Other than the food being AMAZING- when COVID first hit and they were closed, they DONATED all their ingredients to people living in Fort Collins (which just adds to their awesomeness). My roomies and I were able to benefit from this and it was a huge help to have some fresh veggies, eggs, and milk at our house. Anywho- I definitely recommend eating here! •7/11/22•

Please know, I very rarely make these reviews as I know what kind of damage they can do to a business, SO KNOW THAT THIS WOULD BE A ONE-STAR REVIEW EXCEPT NOT for the courtesy of being fellow service industry. The server experience I had tonight was very off-putting and rare In my opinion but I felt that it needed to be addressed and passed along to management here, and also potentially for them to please use this as a positive learning opportunity for those involved to learn and improve as opposed to any extravagant overreactions to any individuals.

Had an unfortunate experience here tonight woth some family out of town.

"Jake" (according to my receipt) served us this evening and we sat there for a good bit before service arrived with there being only a handful of other people in the building, which is fine in itself, but given the rest of this dining experience, felt particularly like an apt preface for what the rest of the meal would be like.

We ordered an appetizer, drinks, and some milkshakes. Alcoholic Drinks came out & he took our food orders then disappeared for a while.

Our food arrived cold and delivered by another person, where it was discovered "Jake" had put in the wrong order for one of them, meaning we had all finished our meals by the time she received her's.

Food  itself was nothing special BUT NOT BAD, it  just probably sat in the window under the heat lamps for 10min before we even saw them; and for a burger with glazed donuts as the bun, it just created a soggy and underwhelming experience.

Then it was another good 5 minutes before he returned with our milkshakes, and delivering them to the other table and reeking of weed ( I DO partake in the devil's lettuce myself, but not so much that I forget which table I'm delivering an order to, nor advertising my use via smells to the public while working on a job).

They looked confused by the shakes as he THEN  took their initial order FOR THE FIRST TIME when doing this (definitely a signifier to me they didn't order them) and the fact they had JUST sat down like 3 minutes prior.

we also overheard THIS seemingly escalate into a small argument between the couple from the other booth after we had inquired about the milkshakes, about how they shouldn't have accepted them because they didn't order them, confirming our suspicions post-meal.

He then he did not check on us for like another 10 minutes while we waited with 2/3 meals and were in need of salt/pepper (bland dry fries even for being "garlic Parmesan") and silverware setups, but he was nowhere to be found.

Once he brought the bill out to us after we finished the meals, we reminded him of the milkshakes having nevr came out and asked them to be taken off. he then tried to charge us for them and THEN asked if we wanted them in to go cups or for there.  We had already finished our meal and were splitting the bill at that point, No we didn't want them considering we ordered them before the meal.

He then returned with the incorrect amount of change ($41 & change we gave him $60 so we could tip what is USUALLY quite generously, he returned with $8 & change) and seemed very irritated when we asked...

Very disappointed: I told our friends that this is a great place and the food is awesome. This was based on the Windsor,CO location which closed around 2018/2019. The Windsor Location was always busy, food excellent, servers very friendly (especially Howard). Each booth had a small TV where you could watch whatever. The Fort Collins location okay but it was way older than the Windsor location and no TVs at the booths. So the food: We had a party of 8 My wife and I ordered the Bison Burger as we've done in the past in Windsor. When we got our food EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!!!!. I told our waitress Amy and see said no problem she would get a brand new order for us. Our friend ordered a burger with grilled onions and it had very very little onions. We told Amy and she brought a cup full of grilled onions. When we received our new warmed bision burger it was very warm like it should have been BUT the bison (both) had a funky taste to it, hard to explain unless you tasted it yourself. We talked to Amy why they closed down the Windsor location and one of the reasons was they rebranded it to another restaurant called the Lonesome Dove I believe but it failed as it was during the pandemic and the Windsor STUFTS location was not busy. BullFunkey!!! We went to the Windsor location every 4-6 weeks and every time is was busy, We had to wait at the bar a few times which was no problem.

Anyway our friends too were disappointed. And whats with the Sprinkles on the milkshake glass! They should ask you if you want that on your glass. Had I know, I would had said not to put the sugar sprinkles on mine. I'm an adult...

I went in there for the first time yesterday and didn’t have a good experience. I ordered a burger called “the hangover” because I like burgers with a fried egg on them. When it came out to the table I looked down and saw that the bun appeared to be a glazed donut. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to have them change my order so I just ate it.

I would say it was the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life, but honestly, it wasn’t a burger. It tasted like some kind of sweet syrupy dessert with a ground beef patty inserted into the middle of it. NOT a burger. (I don’t like sweets - more of a savory guy.) I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth for hours.

Here’s what bothers me: There was no warning this burger would come with a glazed donut in place of the bun. It doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu. I now see that it does say “maple syrup.” (Wish I would’ve noticed that, but I was in a hurry and had a bit of trouble navigating their weird menu that’s covered with cute graphics.)

I’m going to go ahead and call that sugar bomb a burger now:

2 stars for serving me the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life when you’re supposed to be a burger joint that specializes in burgers.

(I would give the joint 1 star, but since the service was great, I can’t bring myself to do that.)

On a side note, it was hot in there. I came in there on a late lunch break, after working my tail off in the hot sun all day, and was looking forward to air conditioning. It’s hard to tell if they had air conditioning. It wasn’t quite as hot as the outdoors,...
