Disappointing experience! Limited return policy. Make sure you like what you buy. Poor costumer service. My children purchased an expensive leather journal for their father for Christmas. Although he appreciated the quality of the product, he did not find it functional for his needs. They tried to return the product which was in its undisturbed original packaging along with the receipt 19 days after the purchase date. The store policy is 14 days for store credit in which my children did not know. Even with 2 holidays in between, she was hesitant to do anything at all. She ended up giving store credit but she kept 20% of the cost. The unflexibility doesn't encourage...

Was in Wadoo home and Gifts yesterday afternoon to buy a surprise B-day gift for the wife. On the way back to the car the wife snuck up on me and discovered what I bought. I was very disappointed that she found out. Needles to say, I took the gift back to Wadoo to return. Jennifer, the store manager, told me that she only could give back a store credit. After explaining about the surprise, Jennifer refunded the cost of the gift. Great customer service. ...

Wadoo is a very cool gift shop. Many many unique gifts and locally created works of art. It's pretty hard to walk into this place and not walk out with something. The staff are very friendly and attentive without being pushy. A great place to buy candles and one of a kind gifts....
