I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable behavior of Manager Mindy at your 24th Ave Dunkin' Donuts location. I recently had an unfortunate incident where I accidentally spilled an order while delivering it. Understanding that mistakes happen, I promptly returned to the store to request a replacement. However, instead of providing assistance and understanding, Manager Mindy responded in an aggressive and angry manner.
Upon explaining the situation, Manager Mindy expressed her dissatisfaction with remaking orders due to the store's busy nature. While I can empathize with the demands of a busy establishment, it is crucial to address customers with respect and professionalism. When I politely asked Manager Mindy to stop speaking to me disrespectfully, she shockingly brought my religious affiliation into the conversation. Noting the "I'm saved" logo on my shirt, she remarked that I was not acting "Jesus-like."
I was astounded and deeply hurt by this unwarranted religious comment. It is completely inappropriate for a manager to inject personal beliefs into a customer interaction, especially when it has no relevance to the situation at hand. I requested Manager Mindy's name, and she provided it willingly. However, when I declined to provide my name in return, she abruptly declared that I was banned from the store.
The mention of my religion and subsequent banishment from the store due to a simple request for respectful treatment is not only unjustifiable but also constitutes religious persecution. I find it deeply disturbing that a representative of your organization would engage in such behavior. To address this issue promptly and effectively, I immediately contacted your corporate office, and they assured me that they would investigate the matter thoroughly.
Now, I trust that the upper management of your store will take this incident seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into Manager Mindy's actions. It is crucial that appropriate measures are taken to ensure she is reprimanded for her unprofessional behavior and that this type of incident does not happen again in the future. As a loyal customer, I had always expected a higher standard of treatment from your managers, particularly in such situations.

Read moreWent to dunkin today, ordered an espresso and it came out super light with goo on top… like what in the actual hell was that??? not even close to what i ordered. espresso is supposed to be dark. the sugar cookie iced coffee i also got came out darker than the espresso?? make it make sense. told the workers it didn’t taste right and they said “what’s wrong with it” do u see the color?? literally watery, light, and gooey on top. They said “we’re in training” but literally everyone there was training. so no one could make it right! then why are u making drinks u don’t know how to make?? it’s simple directions. They said no refunds. i don’t wanna drink something made with hate after asking for a remake.
