I ordered with my mobile app, and had picked curbside pick up. While heading there curbside and been removed. Not a big deal as I saw they were super busy. So I headed inside to get my food which I saw sitting on the counter. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even notice I was standing there. The manage was so busy picking food, there was zero control in the store. So much so that while I was waiting for someone to turn around and see me there, a person walked in who I later learned walked there, and walked right behind the counter in street clothes. At which point another employee in street clothes followed them. Soon a bunch of off the clock people in street clothes were standing behind the counter where everyone was packing and pushing food out the door. After about 5 minutes they were finally told if they were off the clock to get out from the back. As I waited I realized the “front” employee did not know what they were supposed to be doing, that is until the manager finally said, did you take their order yet? To which they said no and finally came over to acknowledge we were standing there. I told them I had a mobile order, and it’s right there on the counter. Front desk person seems nervous to give me my order without the managers say so. Now let’s talk about the food. Fries were soggy and rubber. Most of my fry containers(4 out of 6) were smushed. Chicken nuggets were soggy, not a single burger or mcchicken was put together straight. My slushies were half melted as they were sitting next to the food which I can only guess had been sitting there for about 20 minutes before I had got there and then 15 more as I waited for someone to turn around and notice us.
I would also like to point out, there was about 4 people standing with me waiting for their food, 3 of them McDonald’s employees. I watched all them get their food while I stood next to the cookies, watching my slushees melt, trying to get someone’s attention. Each time, I...
Read moreSo I get out of work after midnight some days and I have to drive home 30 minutes. It has been hours since I ate last, so I crave a snack. I my neighborhood I have the convenience of a 24 hour McDonalds, and a speedway. I can only stomach so many taquitos in a week, so I veer off into the driveway of Mickey D's. As I pull up to the speaker I'm greeted with the voice of someone who has been interrupted, and she makes me feel like I am a burden. She barks out, "We are not accepting app orders, debit or credit cards at this time, only cash, thank you come again." So I, knowing I have cash to purchase the meal, start to order. When there was not a response I politely asked if anyone was there. She apologized and repeated what she said the first time. I told her I have cash and repeated my order. This woman told me that the Frappe machine is down and they're not making them. I replaced the Frappe with a strawberry shake, and again, the machine is down. First of all, I know there is not a Frappe machine, perhaps a blender to chop up the frozen coffee, but to insult my intelligence, that is just not acceptable. She gave me a price and to "go to the first window." When I arrived at the pay window, I told her I wanted to speak to her manager, and she said "I'm the manager, what do you want?" I instantly knew I was getting no where with her so I drove off. I tried to call the corporate office and make a complaint, but was told that franchises are individually owned and operated and I should contact the owner. The polite and helpful corporate worker gave me a way to reach said person. This happened, where I was treated disrespectfully, several times in the past couple of months. I no longer go here, AT ALL, and will continue to tell others...
Read moreAfter 45 min of waiting for a mobile app order that was forgotten about not once, but twice, and the young manager who had absolutely no skills addressing the issue told me that he sent my food out which must have been given to somebody else, and I needed to move my truck cuz he couldn't move the line of automobiles. I refused as I didn't want to be forgotten again. The manager insisted on issuing a refund as he wanted me out of there, which didn't help me as now I was late to an engagement and had no time to get dinner somewhere else. I asked for his supervisors name and he rudely said Marcie Hubb and I could get ahold of her on the app and fill out a complaint. Basically his attitude was that he wasn't even going to apologize, because he didn't have time for me. I've never left a review for anything and while writing this review it occured to me that this franchise probably doesn't care about complaints anyways as the quality of service has been progressively getting worse through the years, and now its the norm for me to get horrible service, or cold food or someone else's food or missing items or like tonight NO food at all because a # 1 with a Coke is to confusing for the staff. It's the last attempt at this place, guess I'll have to go down the road a little to get...
