Hair Circus is one of the most amazing salons I have been to. From your first experience with Evelyn making sure that she gets you booked at a time that works best, to their incredible COVID policies to make sure everyone is safe and healthy, to Alex, the owner being accessible and greeting everyone individually, to the amazing Kevin at being a master of his craft, to the rest of the staff being so friendly and welcoming, having an appointment at Hair Circus is something I look forward to tremendously. I have been wanting a certain look for a while and after not being able to find a stylist that would actually listen to me and achieve that look, I happened to be walking past Hair Circus after moving into the neighborhood and took a peek at their Instagram page. I immediately knew this was the place for me, and that Kevin Ramos was going to make my hair dreams come true. After speaking to him, and having a consultation where he answered every single one of my questions, made sure my hair could handle the color I wanted, went through the pricing, etc I knew I had found a gem of a salon. They're not just performing services on clients without any care to hair health, etc. They will absolutely not perform a service if they don't feel the hair can handle it. Instead they will work with the client to get the hair healthy, etc. They respect the process and as a client that made me trust them so much! After the consultation, which was thorough and reassuring, I booked my service and Kevin made my icy blonde dreams come true! While there, I was well cared for, constantly asked if I was comfortable or if I could use something to drink, etc. The salon itself is GORGEOUS. I came into this location looking to do a retro/vintage styled hair, I originally reached out via their IG handle, they were able to text and book an appointment to style my hair. Chloe took care of me during my styling, she was clean, professional, kinda and quick with her work.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with styling my hair the way I wanted, she was prompt to try her hardest on giving me something since she knew I was going to try on my wedding dress later; but when It came down to it she was professional enough to admit and explain why should could not give me what I was looking for. She brought in Alex, the shop owner, in the issue who jumped into so quickly, she was legit juggling her own appointment and mines. She was reassuring about giving me a vintage look, explained I would need a hair sculptor for the type of style I was requesting, she was able to give me a list of very talented retro-style stylists who would be better suited for me, even was kind enough to reach out to one of them for me to explain the situation ( since I was a bit overwhelmed with worry) and at the end of the appointment offered to still do my hair if I could not find any to stylist to do my hair.

I cannot express how grateful I was about this shops kind, generous and welcoming dementor, I will definitely come back to color and cut my hair once I am back in town. Over all, I would highly recommend this...

Although I can completely vouch for EVERY stylists AMAZINGGG work at hair circus this review is based more upon the character of the staff. I will first start with Kevin who I have had the pleasure of working with side by side on stage at multiple hair shows, he is the most kind, gentle, caring human being I have ever met. He is the king of glitter and all things badass ☠️ Melissa, aka the Wicked Hair Witch ✨ she is the definition of the word passion. Whether it is her crafting some beautiful hair color or some stellar wand she only produces quality. Melissa is so willing to share her knowledge and help people it is incredible. My favorite Witchy creation is her grey hair transformation that was featured in Allure magazine. And last but not least the RINGMASTER Alex Fazio 🤹🏼‍♀️🎪, I have never looked up to someone quite like I look up to her. she Is the most genuine person I have ever met. Alex has given me advice without even realizing it, the way she conducts herself, and the way she just lights up a room by making other people feel beautiful. Her work is out of this world!!! She makes the most immaculate creations from the most insane colors. I wish I could give Hair Circus 10 stars.
