This is a place I've been eager to try. While it was the first to open of our 3 local "personal pizza" establishments, it's not the best. To start with, there was some confusion over the menu. I had been given a paper menu while we waited in line, so I could have my pizza planned. When it came time to actually order the pizza, I found out that I had the menu from the Boca location, which has a more extensive list of ingredients. When I do one of these designer pizzas, I like to use a lot of toppings, so I can evaluate the overall quality. The topping all looked fresh and appealing. I started with the classic red sauce. I was glad to see that she put on only a light layer, as I'm not a big fan of lots of sauce making my crust soggy. From there, I went to cheeses. I asked for the shredded mozzarella and the grated parm. She put on a very thin layer of each, not nearly enough. I realize that I may like more cheese than some people, but I could barely find it on my finished pie. Next were the meats. I started with meatballs. She broke two small meatballs into pieces and that was that. The chicken and sausage was in about the same amount, and there was barely a sprinkle of bacon. On to the veggies, I went for banana peppers, roasted red peppers, artichokes, mushrooms and roasted garlic. The only ones I could really identify were the peppers. The banana peppers were very acidic and it big chunks, nearly overpowering everything else on the pie. I pulled off one that was almost a whole pepper and some of the other big pieces. The crust was nicely browned, but not crispy. Interestingly, for as brown as the crust was, the toppings were not really hot. The service was excellent. I couldn't believe how fast they got through the number of people that were waiting. They did put the wrong sauce on my daughter's pizza, but it was so loud inside that she decided to just leave it rather than yelling to be heard. It was, however, really good (I tried it), so she was okay with it. My husband's pizza was burnt on one side, so they really wanted to make it over again. He doesn't eat the crust anyway, so he just kept it. Since he didn't want a new one, they gave him a coupon for a free pie on his next visit. That was something that they didn't have to do, but they insisted. Overall, while I wouldn't hesitate to go back if we were in the neighborhood at mealtime, it wouldn't be a place I would make a...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in the Bible was off. It wasn’t the welcome in experience as it was in the past this is my first time coming back after a year and I just thought it would be a nice treat, but instead it was a trick the pizza was good yes but the customer sucked the only person that was friendly was a young guy with the curly black hair and he was actually the only one that had a name tag on I came in on June 30, 2025 at around 5:56 PM the girl who wrote down our names on the pizza paper. She wasn’t listening very well. She didn’t even offer us what kind of crust she just assumed that we want it regular even though I know you guys have different crust, example gluten-free keto crust, etc., but none of those were offered. She merely even gave us eye contact. The young gentleman assisted me and was very attentive. He listened very well and he took my order precisely however, the young lady, unfortunately I don’t know their name so I only have descriptions the young lady with the long faux locks reddish brownish hair kind of Short took my boyfriend’s order. He even spelled out his name and she still spelled it wrong. I mean, how do U mess up Kyle especially when someone spelling it for U i’ll come here because you get to pick your own pizza and you’re able to be face-to-face with people and you can interact with them, but instead we got the complete opposite so again it’s been a while since I’ve been here so when it came time for us to get our sauces, it was offered by to someone who seems to be the manager the only reason why I would assume that she was the manager on duty was because again I used to come here a lot and I know who’s dressed different and who’s not she had on all black so my assumption is she was the manager on duty and she had a very slick mouth there was always a comeback, for example she asked me did I want sauce and I said may I have buffalo sauce on the side and she said that oh it’s $.85 extra I said never mind. I’ll get it at home then she started explaining why the sauce was $.85 because of the ounces of how many she also mentioned the sign but she said it is a slick manner as if I was dumb and I didn’t see it. She says oh it’s on the sign right there. OK I didn’t see it. I’m tall so of course I’m not gonna see it. She could’ve explained it a different way but she didn’t. She decided...
Read moreSeriously- what the heck happened to this place??? As the other reviews state below: NO hair nets whatsoever, condescending staff on the defensive and ready to tell customers that THEY are the ones who are wrong - this pizza used to be fresh and delicious like toppings on a fluffy cloud but today? The crust was a thin over cooked burnt crust and the pizza was so obviously over cooked since you practically couldn’t see the cheese on it anymore! When I told the cashier that the pizza is burnt, his answer was that this is how they always make the pizzas and I ahod have asked for it to be “lightly cooked”! I explained this is for a young child and if he doesn’t want to eat it I will request to have it redone. This cashier was so angry and upset that his hands were shaking! Immediately my son said: Mommy this is burnt I don’t want it. After a bit of convincing he agreed to try it and ate most of it but his sure wasn’t the experience we came here for and was ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING! How about you cook your pizzas the way they should be cooked because every other pizza places that you go to cook their pizzas and if someone wants it extra crispy they specifically request to have it extra well done or dark - nowhere do you have to go and ask people to “lightly cook” your food - that’s insane. Furthermore, we asked for our order to eat at the restaurant but I guess they were trying to give us a message that they didn’t want us in the store since they put our “for here” orders in “to go” boxes. My young son even noticed everyone else eating on the trays and we had our food in boxes so he questioned it - I simply told him they did that just in case we wanted to...
