Five stars is for the food. Can't say the same about the service, which I will talk about in a bit!

First time at a twin peaks! My dad says they have the best beer! Since it's close to work, we came here for lunch two times already!

The first time I got the buffalo chicken tacos! It comes with chips and salsa. The salsa was pretty good and enjoyed it, but next time I would get fries. The tacos were very good! The chicken seemed fresh and tasted delicious! Really enjoyed these tacos!

My uncle got the lunch combo of green chili chicken soup and turkey avocado smash. He really enjoyed the soup and said the sandwich was good! He asked for no tomato's but there was tomato's on the sandwich. This sentence will make sense when you read the second visit.

My dad got the Billionaires bacon burger. He is in love with this burger haha he loves the bacon on it!

Our first visit when it came to service: Our waitress was super sweet but refills to our drinks took forever!

SECOND VISIT

I got the smokestack which was great! But while everyone got their food..... and were more than halfway done eating their food... I still didn't have mine. When our food came out our waitress didn't check on us. Many times I feel others walked by and noticed everyone was eating but me.... Finally our waitress came over and told her my food never came out. She brought me my burger and apologized. I am surprised a manager didn't come over and give us a little something for this mistake. My party was almost done eating there food.. and I am just now starting. Crazy. Most places would've given a discount or maybe something but nope.. nothing. Not even a manager coming over.

My dad got the billionaires burger again and loved it again haha. His friend also got the same burger and also fell for it! His board was completely empty! Ate all of it! All the fries too which their fries are yummy!

My uncle got the same combo as the first visit. Said no tomatoes..... gets his sandwich there isn't tomato's yay but he pulled the bread off because he tasted tomato and there was left over tomato guts on the turkey like they accidently put tomato then took it off. Honestly, not the worst thing, but what if he was allergic to tomato's? It also makes the sandwich not as good when you don't like tomato's and there's flavor of tomato on the sandwich.

The service was the same as last time. Took forever on refills. I ordered a ginger ale. She came with the waters. Forgot what tea our friend wanted, and I reminded her about my ginger ale and she responded like she forgot I ordered it.

In the end.... We go there for the food! The food is great at lunch time. I don't know about the dinner rush, since I hear it is PACKED at night... but the two times we went at lunch the food was fresh...

I'm not used to THIS level of bad service from Twin Peaks. It was actually laughable how bad it was, and there were several things that went wrong that night.

Our server Emily was incredibly inattentive to our table, and several requests that were made went unnoticed. The drinks all came out 30 minutes after the order was taken. They all came out at different times and every. single. time. she had to be reminded and then it still came out 15 minutes later.

The food came out literally one by one. The burgers were mismatched, one of ours asked for no cheese and there was cheese, one asked for an extra side of fries and he didn't receive it. But the audacity of it being on the check and then that's when we had to remind her AGAIN and that's when we received it.

Clearly there were no food runners, except there WERE food runners because we watched other tables get their food AND drinks before us, leave before us, and we just sat there dumbfounded.

The manager George (Jorge, not sure) did not care until we spoke firmly about where our food was, and his solution was to give us some cheap free appetizer on the next time we come. How funny! No one is coming back here, save your cards. It was so interesting that the moment we asked about our food while frustrated with the service, the rest of the meals came out in less than 60 seconds. So we sat for 36 minutes when the food was already done and other tables were getting their food ran.

The food comes out to us with wings cold, fries cold, but plates hot. Doesn't make sense.

The icing on the cake was Emily handing out checks, not handing out pens, and the absolute nerve of CIRCLING WITH A HEART THE TIP PERCENTAGE. Imagine how tone deaf you have to be to KNOWINGLY give bad service not only on account of the server, but ALSO the management, and their solution was to hand out appetizer cards and circle tips.

I've always said that Black people or an all-Black table not tipping is almost self fulfilling. Service was awful from the beginning, almost as if she expected us not to tip her. But the cycle is sad. You think we don't tip so you provide trash service. Your trash service makes us upset and we don't tip. Then you feel justified in continuing to provide trash service.

Emily, George, and whoever else from that staff that reads this: stop being...

Twin Peaks chicken wings are really really good. The only downfall is they’re super expensive. They’re really huge. They have a great flavor. I went in there for the first time, but this is my second time eating your chicken wings. They’re very flavorful. You basically get 12 wings for $24 with tax which is super overpriced. However, the atmosphere is great. They have a lot of TVs. The girls upfront are great that took my order very friendly all of them. It was three young ladies to be exact. they were very professional and very informative as well. I would actually go back there again to try other things on the menu. I didn’t notice while in the restaurant that it was super clean, everybody was friendly and certain tables had TVs at the table so if you wanted to eat and have a personal conversation with your significant other or even your friend, you can watch TV right in front of you instead of trying to struggle to watch the TVs at the bar or far away another thing that was awesome at this restaurant was when I went in the bathroom it was super clean and it it had this aroma that I never smelled before it was. It smells so good. I almost started to ask for the manager and ask them what kind of air freshener they use. I never in my life. Wanted to stay in a bathroom at a restaurant forever just to sniff how good it smelled it really smelled extremely amazing. The first time I had your wings my boyfriend bought it so I decided to go back myself so next time I go I’ll probably try something different on the menu again. The atmosphere is awesome. The customer service Was awesome and the bathroom was awesome. Thank you to the girls in the front especially the girl who was telling me the website to where I can get some new awesome frames from you were great. I wish I could remember your name, but she’ll know exactly who I’m talking about again, I had a wonderful experience going in on my own. I didn’t wanna mention that there is plenty of options as far as the wings go and other foods cause it is a restaurant that has plenty of options. You can get your wings, breaded or non-breaded and they’re...

Service seems to be getting worse and worse. I waited 35 minutes to get my order. A burger and french fries. I asked for billionaire bacon burger. It came back after 35 minutes semi warm like it was sitting in the kitchen window for a while. Fries are no longer crunchy and seasoned. Now they are mushy and unseasoned. The burger was not spicy like it is supposed to be. They did not give me billionaire spicy bacon and no sriracha cheese. Perhaps they gave me someone else’s order. I always ask for paper towels because they don’t provide napkins. I use the paper towels to hold the burger together. I was trying to get my bar tender attention and she was deliberately not making eye contact. I had to stand up ask a different person for paper towels. Another lady was awesome and said of course with a smile. My bar tender came back and asked me what I needed. I told her paper towels and pointed to them as they have them for employees in the bar. She told me they don’t have any. I told her they are right there and pointed to them. She rolled her eyes and got 2. Thankfully the other lady came back with a small stack. I think the reason they have no incentive to treat you well is because they split all the tips. They are going to get tipped anyways. That’s my guess. In contrast when I go to a hole in the wall bar called Circus down the street I get treated like a King. Food comes out piping hot. They ask your name and call you by name. Eat a burger from Twin Peaks and then go to Circus and eat their burger and fries. You will find that for a cheaper price the quality is so much better with better service. I hate to give Twin Peaks a bad review but they deserve it today

This was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Twin Peaks. We were visiting from out of town and were excited to eat here since we usually love Twin Peaks, but this location completely missed the mark. We arrived around 7 PM on a Saturday and were seated immediately (a group of four). Our drinks came out in a reasonable time, but we waited 45 minutes for our fried pickles—an appetizer that usually comes out quickly. When they finally arrived, they were cold, hard, and dry. Not at all what we expected. Our server barely checked on us, and after another long wait, we were told the kitchen was backed up. We completely understand that things get busy, but after waiting over an hour, our boneless wings finally arrived—cold and soggy. If the kitchen was so backed up, why was all our food served cold? It was clear our plates had been sitting out for a while, and at that point, we were just frustrated and disappointed. We asked for boxes and the check because after two hours of waiting for cold, subpar food, we just wanted to leave. To make things worse, our server seemed irritated with us for being upset—despite the fact that we had been patient the entire time. We completely understand that restaurants have busy nights, but that doesn’t excuse poor service and food that isn’t fresh. We won’t be returning to this location, and honestly, this experience has made us rethink coming to Twin Peaks at all.
