Hooters — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I called this Hooters at 9:50pm I was serviced by a call center rep. Which was a guy Placed my order for me and my children to eat. I then called back to modify my order the actual location answered and said they will wait for my ticket to print to modify. I drove 15 miles to get to this location at the time the waitress never bothered to notify me that they NEVER put in my order. Then the manager didn’t have common courtesy knowing that there was a error to come and speak to me or even EMPATHIZE not only that gave me a hard time to give me corporate number after I ask him three times can he at least come to the lobby I deserve that much as an upset customer. With no apology empathy or even character or remorse as to an unsatisfied customer and didn’t even give me his name or proper introduction as to whom he was I had to then ask for the number to be written and given to me along with his name and they didn’t want to give me the waiter name that answered the call she avoided me as much as possible. I use to once like this place. Service is everything to me and at this time this will be the last. I’m not the one to get one here and leave anything negative but my kids were also involved and I don’t want this to go unnoticed or happen to someone else. So whenever you do get those call centers ALWAYS CALL BACK AND DOUBLE CHECK! And look at the fact I called back a few minutes later they told me my food would be ready in 40 minutes I gave them well over an hr....

Micayla is AMAZING she saved us from leaving to Twin Peaks.

We walked in at 9:18 and went to a table and Peyton told us we cannot sit there, the best service would be at the bar because they were about to "close out", in other words you can only be seated at the bar, that's a no for me. We saw some friends and stopped to say hi as we were deciding whether to go to Twin Peaks or Longhorn because we were not going to sit at the bar then we met the Queen of Customer Service. MiCayla came over, greeted us with the biggest smile, and asked if we would like to be seated close to our friends and we said yes. She took our drink orders, brought them back immediately, then took our meal orders. It is now 9:57 and I am FULL. Everything came out fresh, delicious, tasty, and FAST!! Luckson and Reggie the chefs in the kitchen killed it with our meals, everything was soooooooo delicious this is what I call service. When MiCayla gave me the wings, I said there you go birthday boy to my son, she asked his name and had the staff sing him Happy Birthday. It was such a nice and welcomed surprise. This was the BEST decision to stay and celebrate my son's 17th birthday on the 17th with great food and company. Thank you MiCayla, Luckson and Reggie for an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Whats up googlers!! would you guys and girls you believe me, if I tell you this is the first Hooters I ever ate at when, I was a 10 years old age. You know what's crazy this is a true story when my parents were going through there divorce when I remember my mother took me here to eat for my birthday dinner in 1998 and she brought me here... I remember coming here on a Friday night in the 90s. And the energy was so alive because the movie theater and Just For Feet was in the same Plaza this place was popping in the 90s and early 2000s if anyone was around back then you remember. Anyways I'll never forget when the Hooter Girls came out banging their plates yelling out loud grabbing everybody's attention in the restaurant just to wish me a happy birthday... as I was eating my delicious food I was thinking of that happy memory in my life. I'm 37-year-old now. And all I want to say is you have to get your chicken wings from Hooters they are the absolutely the best. If you're coming in with two or more guys. just order 50 wings and two pictures of beer and call it a day... don't forget they offer great Seafood selections as well always. Outside bar is always been a great place to watch games order your food and drink your beers and yell at the TV. Chloe thank you so much for your great service.
