Bob & Wilson's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

First time customer, was recommended by a friend. Just ordered breakfast for delivery at my office. Very disappointed in the customer service from this place. Whoever the guy is that answers the phone is ridiculously rude and I think it's one of the owners. He was in such a hurry to get my order that he didn't give me time to order a drink in which I wanted to. Never asked me which kind of toast I wanted which came with my omelette so he assumed I didn't want any! Um yeah its included and I paid for it. So I didn't get any toast and when I called he made it my fault because I didn't say. First of all I was rushed me, second of all he should of asked since it comes with it, and lastly he hung up so quickly I didn't get to order a drink! I used to work in the food industry for over 5 yrs and let me tell you this is unexceptible! I will never eat here again!! Go to Premo's it's cheaper, better and they actually do their job right an listen to make sure. I let my friend know about what happened and I doubt he will order there...

Very good breakfast that's consistent and good prices. Perfect for downtown Lauderdale office peeps since they deliver right to your office desk. Delivery dude is super nice guy knows his regulars. Coffee is good too with a large selection. My company uses them for breakfast catering occasionally and everyone likes the food.

Only negative is that delivery can take awhile because they are so busy, but if you order early enough it's fine and if not it's worth the wait time. Also, they used to have online ordering which was amazing!! Then they got rid of it. :( bring back...

Caesar salad dressing does NOT have brown sugar in it! I ordered the Caesar because it was healthier than most things in the menu. I was really looking forward to it. Since I typically love Caesar dressing, and have never once tasted a sugary sweet variety, I dumped it on my salad. It tasted like it had a ton of brown sugar in it or it was blended with maple syrup. For medical reasons, I have to limit my sugar intake. So I had to starve my way through lunch after paying for a meal I never would have thought could have been destroyed this...
