I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 many times before. Last night, I was with my grandad 👴🏻 to get a coffee for himself, and two 2️⃣ others for my mom 👩🏻 and cousin, who were at home 🏠. When we went through the drive thru, I ordered, with voice articulation and projecting, a large s’mores frozen coffee for my mom 👩🏻, a medium iced coffee with four creams and sugars for my cousin, and then my grandad 👴🏻 ordered a medium iced caramel coffee, also with cream and sugar. When we got to the window, the medium iced coffees were correct ✅, but the large iced s’mores frozen coffee for my mom 👩🏻, was a bit incorrect. It was a large frozen coffee, but not the large S’MORES frozen coffee. I asked the one who was taking the order, whose name I presume is Amanullah, if this is the large s’mores frozen coffee, and he responded without hesitation,”No.” When it came to pay 💰 for the order, he did not give me the receipt 🧾. My grandad 👴🏻 and I realized after coming out to S.R. 870/NW 50th St/W Commercial Blvd, that I do not have the receipt 🧾, so we headed back, went straight to the window, and asked for the receipt 🧾. He pretended to say that he didn’t have the receipt 🧾 in the stack of receipts 🧾 he had. He also said that he could not print out another receipt 🧾. I believe he did not want to give me the receipt, which to my knowledge is against Dunkin’ Donuts policy. He finally asked if he could use my cell phone to take a picture of what he had on the screen, and I let him to do so, but I still think 🤔 he should have printed out another receipt 🧾, and give it to me. Overall, I still think 💭 this is a good 👍 Dunkin’ Donuts, but I would say to those who might go through the drive thru should be careful of Amanullah, and if it’s necessary, call 📞 the manager. Read moreIf you’re looking for rude service and to be cursed out for the simplest request, this is the place for you. Visited here on several occasions and the overnight crew is the worst. Me and my partner were cursed out simply because we tried to explain that we ordered 2 hot coffees and not 1 hot and 1 iced. The cashier said we have mental issues and to not bring that to Dunkin. He went on to call us Motherf*s and asked if we wanted to wipe his A too. All caught on video and reported to corporate and every agency possible. The owner saw the video and sent a mild apology saying the clerk was remorseful and will not do this to customers in the future. He also offered a $100 gift card for my troubles that he can surely keep. I have spent thousands with Dunkin over the years and this is how they respond to abusive treatment. All this while we remained 100% professional and insisted on a copy of our receipt to show our order since he would not look at the order on our app. Just wow, a clerk can verbally and mentally abuse customers on an extreme level and keeps his job so he can victimize someone else in the future. Dunkin and Inspire brands have yet to respond or take any action. Corporate offices simply keep sending the complaint back to the owner who may be the clerk or have some ties to him cause he keeps letting him get away with abusing customers. I have had previous encounters with this same clerk, one where I was chastised for placing a mobile order then pulling up to the drive thru board to let them know. He said I need to learn how to place orders and should have done so much more in advance. Didn’t know there was a time limit to place and pick up your order. Read moreThe staff at this location is horrible. Dont know how they cant get simple orders right but I think they are just careless about their service. Went the other day and ordered a dozen donuts, asking specifically for 4 boston creme and they gave me 4 chocolate frosted.. I didnt go back to correct it as Id already left the area before opening the box, but was very dissapointed as these were ordered specific for someone's birthday. I went back today with my husband, ordered a bacon egg & cheese on croissant and they gave us a sausage egg & cheese. Had to turn around and go back through the drive thru, only for the lady to laugh and say "oh sorry" carelessly. After going back through the drive thru we ended up with yet another sausage egg & cheese croissant. My husband had to stop the car before exiting the tiny plaza, put on his mask, Walk back to the window and ask for another correction on the sandwich. My husband ended up showing them the receipt on the original bag after some back and forth because they were giving him a hard time, when finally the ladies gave him ths bacon egg & cheese but was cold with the cheese not even melted.
