I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment, all because of one staff member, Ricardo, who clearly lacks professionalism and basic hospitality skills. My friends and I sat at a table that had no reserved sign, yet Ricardo approached us and insisted we couldn’t sit there. When we questioned it, instead of handling the situation with maturity, he became defensive and started speaking to us as if we were children. His tone was condescending, and when we pointed out the lack of any reservation notice, he raised his voice and said, “You’re not an owner; you don’t belong here.”
One of my friends, who is an owner, called her mother out of frustration. Instead of stepping back and de-escalating, Ricardo followed her while loudly yelling in Spanish, creating a scene that disrupted other guests. He then got into an argument with another friend of mine, getting aggressively close to her—so much so that another staff member had to physically step in. It was beyond unprofessional and completely humiliating for my friend, who was forced to go inside the hotel to find a manager since no one else was stepping in to handle the situation.
In good conscience, I don’t want to assume the worst, but it was hard to ignore the fact that Ricardo seemed to see skin color before seeing the person. However, rather than playing the race card, I’d rather focus on the undeniable fact that his behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
Despite multiple requests for a manager, no one ever showed up. We recorded the incident, and after looking into it further, I found out we weren’t the only ones who’ve had issues with Ricardo. There are multiple complaints about him, yet management has done nothing to address it.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any business that claims to offer good service. Until they start holding their staff accountable, I can’t recommend this...

He then got into a shouting match with my friend, aggressively getting in her space to the point where another staff member had to intervene. Despite our request for a manager, no one came. We have video proof of the incident, and after looking into it, I found multiple complaints about this same staff member. It is beyond negligent for management to allow someone like this to remain on staff.
I cannot recommend this place to others due to the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Until they address this, I’d advise people...

Very calm atmosphere until I witnessed an altercation between the bartender who i believe to be named Ricardo and some young women. I am unaware of the context of this fallout however this employee came off especially aggressive to the point where my wife and I were a little concerned that a physical fight may break out between him and these women. It would be one thing if these people came in and were disorderly but to my surprise it was him who made the real noise.
