Sebastian Street Beach is one of my favorite spots in Fort Lauderdale! The beach is always clean, with soft sand and clear water that’s perfect for swimming. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and it’s known for being very friendly and inclusive, which makes it a comfortable place for everyone. Lifeguards are usually on duty and attentive, so you feel safe even if the beach gets busy.

What I also love is the location — right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach, so you can easily grab a coffee, snack, or cocktail from nearby restaurants and bars and come back to the water. Parking can be a bit tricky on weekends, but it’s manageable if you come early. The vibe is fun, social, and easygoing, with lots of people just enjoying the sun and the ocean.

Overall, it’s a fantastic beach to spend the day, whether you’re alone, with friends, or visiting as a couple. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Fort...

I think this beach is for gays only. I didn't see any females there. Not even elderly ones. Maybe I went there during some special event. One guy told that it is a gay beach, though I am not sure. I am not against gays having their own beach in US. But I, personally, find it weird to be among only half-naked men on the beach. Just make sure you know where you are going.😀😀😀 Google asks me to describe the atmosphere in this beach, so it is as beautiful as any beach in South Florida. Although I didn't go into the ocean. Sun doesn't rise differently here, nor the breeze or sand is different. However, I found this place quieter and cleaner than Miami Beach. If you like quiet and nice beach,...

Very nice beach. We have been there three summers in a row. This year july to August 2019, there was no seaweed and very clear water. It was the same in 2017, but 2018 there was a lot of seaweeds and high waves. It's not like the Caribbean breaches, but it's sure nice.

There are a lot of restaurants, hotels and airbnb close to the beach, so it a "built out" area. They are building a lot down on the beach, så I am looking forward to see how it will look in a couple of year. Fort Lauderdale is know for having distances between hotels and restaurants.

The overall best thing with the veas, was that we saw a manatee...

I love this place because I usually go roller skating enjoy people on the sand as much as I enjoyed the people in the restaurants as well I go back and forth. People usually get surprised by seeing me roller skating and not rollerblading I think they like my homemade roller skates out of my work boots
