Finally got a chance to go to Sobe Vegan, and let me tell you it was worth the wait! Everything we ordered was amazing and flavorful! You wouldn’t be able to tell it was vegan if someone were to bring you the food. The ambiance is very tropical and instagrammable. Jessica and the staff were amazing and helpful. I love the idea of fast food casual. You ordered the food in the front then you sit at a table and they give you restaurant service. Everyone checks on you to make sure everything is good, top notch service! Just a heads up, this place is cashless so make sure you have your digital pay or your cards ready!
My partner and I came on a Saturday afternoon ready to try everything and let me tell you we tried a lot! My partner started off with the egg & cheese sandwich with fries. My partner said the egg & cheese was ok but the sausage or bacon would have definitely turned it up a notch. The fries were fresh, natural, and hot; the sauce that came with it was on point! Then we split the spicy chick’n sandwich, we put the pickles and the vegan blue cheese on the side. To us, it wasn’t spicy at all but I guess someone who thinks mild is spicy, it could be hot for them. The blue cheese will cool things down if you think it’s spicy. We got the sliders next and that was a great way to try 3 different burgers at once. It came with the provolone, classic cheddar, and queso burger. My favorite slider was the classic cheddar, that one had the most flavor but don’t get me wrong they were ALL good! The last thing we tried was the egg and cheese bowl. If I had to pick between the bowl and the sandwich I’d pick the bowl 3 times! The bowl came with so much on it and had so many flavors! The bowl alone could fill you up and have you focused on your day ahead! There was no need for the meat on it unless you wanted that bonus flavor.
This place is a must, vegan or not! I can’t wait to come back and try the Mac & cheese and...

I visited Sobe Vegan on March 12, 2024, expecting good service and food worth my money. But that didn't happen. My burger looked like it was made for a kid, with barely any toppings, and the fries, although tasty, were too few. I ended up paying $20.87 for this meal, which felt like a rip-off.
When I walked in, I asked the cashier about the Mushroom Pizza, but he didn't tell me about the 20% off deal they have on Tuesdays. I would've gone for the pizza and saved 4 bucks if I knew. It hit me only after I got my food.
I've eaten here several times before, but ever since they changed the menu, the portion sizes have gotten smaller, but the prices haven't. Everything's between $15 and $20, but it's just not worth it. I understand it's a vegan place near the beach, but I still felt let down and taken advantage of. If they served bigger portions, maybe it'd be worth it.
If Sobe Vegan offered larger portions, it could change the whole experience for the better. Paying between $15 and $20 for a meal isn't a big deal if you're getting enough food that makes you feel satisfied and like you're getting your money's worth.
When you go out to eat, especially at a place near the beach and with vegan options, you're looking for more than just food; you're looking for an enjoyable experience.
If the portions matched the price, I wouldn't mind spending the money because I'd leave feeling full and happy with what I got. It's about balance. Larger portions would mean the high prices feel justified, making the overall dining experience feel more worthwhile.
If you look at the picture, you'll see just how small the burger is in relation to the small cheap plastic...
