We went to Nube Rooftop for the New Year’s party. My husband bought the all you can drink package where we could drink from 9-11:30 with the option to purchase food @ $150 each ticket. When we arrived, at 9pm all the seats at the bar were taken. People who were seated did not get up the whole night. There were probably 75 people without a seat or anywhere to stand because the place was so crowded. If we stood somewhere the servers would ask us to move. We mostly walked around in circles. The vibe & music were weird, as nobody was dancing for most of the night. I need to mention, when we were in line to check in the hostess downstairs was still selling “standing room only” tickets. We made friends with another displaced couple who were just wondering. We were starving and the other couple had not eaten all day. The servers wouldn’t take our food order because we needed to have a seat. We waited for over 2.5 hours to find a seat. Nobody got up from their seat at the bar which did not seem fair because the reserved tables had a 2 hour tine limit. Those guests had to get up to make room for the next reservation. I talked to a manager to see if she could somehow get food to us especially because we had been drinking for hours on an empty stomach and since my friend had not eaten all day, she could potentially be over served alcohol. She responded by saying, “So what you’re telling me is that I need to cut your friend off!” Really? No! I’m asking to give you my money for food so that we don’t get sick, I’m not asking for anything outrageous. She told my friend that she needed to get cut off because I said she was being over served! Well damn, that backfired!! I felt so slighted! Sorry friend!! Luckily there was only 10 minutes left until the 11:30 drink package cut off time. She got her last drink! Whew!
We tried to made the most of the experience but the event was not run well. They sold way too many tickets for the tiny space and were not able to accommodate so many people. We chose to visit Florida to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. To ensure that we could toast our anniversary at midnight, at 11:30pm we asked for 2 glasses of champagne at $20 each glass—which was no problem! Unfortunately, they ran out of glassware and we were served champagne out of a plastic cup. Another guest commented, it feels like we’re in the ghetto. We left that wack rooftop right after midnight where we couldn’t even see the fireworks because there were so many people. We ate, drank & danced in the downstairs Hilton hotel lobby for the rest of the night. The music downstairs was on point and the vibe was so much fun. Who knew? The Hilton had it going on! Thanks for saving the night and thanks Florida for the great time!!

I recently visited Nube on a Sunday evening, expecting a delightful experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. Nube, which translates to "clouds" in Spanish, clearly believes they are floating above the rest. The reality? They forgot their feet—and their staff—should be grounded.
The restaurant enforces a strict dress code for their guests, which is fine. But here's the kicker: the hosts on the ground floor were clad in sneakers! Sneakers! It's like a chef refusing to eat their own cooking.
When these sneaker-clad hosts informed us about the dress code, they did so with an attitude that could turn the sweetest dessert sour. They mentioned we needed to dress "elevated," but without any clear explanation. It’s quite the request for a beach-front, casual-looking rooftop in humid Broward. Expecting full gowns and tuxedos here is like asking a fish to wear a sweater.
To top it off, in my attempt to be friendly, I called one of the hosts “darling.” Apparently, my tone was too colorful for his taste. He snapped back, telling me not to call him darling. If I would have been given your names when asked I would not have called you darling — Uh, thanks for the homophobic tip, 'darling.' Very professional.
We tried to speak with a manager, who must have been enjoying their own cloud nine, since our request was flat-out ignored. Asking for the names of these oh-so-professional employees? Declined. Waiting for the manager for over ten minutes? Might as well have been waiting for rain in the desert.
Nube might translate to "clouds," but their service is light years away from sunny Miami, where places are more than happy to take your money, give you a fantastic experience, and call it a day. Nube seems to be in a fantasy where clouds apparently mean attitude and unprofessionalism.
To add insult to injury, this establishment is within a Hilton hotel. Shocking, right? It’s a complete disgrace and far from the excellent customer service the Hilton brand is known for. It’s like finding a greasy spoon in a Michelin-star guide—completely out of place.
Overall, the experience was nothing short of absurd. The inconsistency in enforcing the dress code, coupled with a horrendous attitude and zero accountability, showcases a colossal lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. I sincerely hope Nube descends from their cloudy fantasy and addresses these issues to improve...

Writing this as I’m currently sitting at my table. As a south Florida local I have to say, this is the worst restaurant/ bar I’ve been to in south Florida. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
When we made our reservation days before we went they required a credit card upon booking which is pretty normal for upscale places. Upon arriving to the restaurant we found out they were overbooked and sat us at a communal table that was along the side of the building with 6 other people…. After minutes of sitting down and waiting for a server to come up to us (which took a while) we noticed the people next to us were more than intoxicated. They were screaming, dancing, and jumping around. Now I would except this kind of behavior at a lower class establishment but not at a higher end place. In fact as the night progressed they were dancing, screaming, and jumping behind us and since we were on the side of the building their wasn’t much space for all that A nuisance behavior. There was multiple times they were smoking marijuana in the open and not a single staff member cared.
There were multiple times people would come over and take pictures of the skyline because it was a communal area. Now if I didn’t make a reservation that wouldn’t bother me but as I’m sitting their trying to eat my dinner (when it finally did come) I was the backdrop of their pictures because again it was a pretty tight area.
The food its self was okay, may have been better if it wasn’t cold. We waited 20 mins AFTER our food was in front of us for silverware so, by the time we got to eat all of our food was cold and not great. The drinks were good on our first round but I couldn’t even drink my second drink because the bartender sucked at making an espresso martinis. The service was extremely slow which I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by. Our server kept apologizing saying they are so busy tonight and overbooked. Which explains a lot because our experience was MISERABLE. We got half way through our meal and I asked my spouse if we could leave. The drinks weren’t good, food was mediocre, I wasn’t going to give them another dollar to their underwhelming establishment, the smell of weed was just unbearable. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again. I won’t be surprised when they go under before they hit their...
