Five Guys — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

The service here was horrendous! This girl that worked there was so rude and insulting! I was mortified!!! I like to take my daughter out to eat from time to time and I usually go out with more then a few girl friends of mine w/ there children as well so I know a thing or two about how i like to be treated while out to eat with my kid & friends (PLUS IT'S COMMON SENSE) and I have NEVER EVERRRR been treated the way that this girl treated me today before in my entire life. Also she gave me the dirtiest look over ever seen too like with disgust and that she was better then... It was the 4th of July at around 1:00 in the afternoon. She was maybe 19-20 years old, short, chunky and African American. I'm only describing her on here because I couldn't get a name from her but you better believe that I will find out her name this week and report him. My girl friends will also be reporting her.

My friends and myself will NOT be going back to this Five Guys. I love in Palm beach county but my friends love in browarc and I'm telling everyone I know not to go to that place of business and my friends will be doing the same. It's really such a shame too bc we bring a lot of business there. I won't allow myself, or anyone I know for that matter, to be spoken down to and degraded. Customer service...

I have noticed that the quality of service is dramatically affected by the staff and supervisor on shift, with staff often times hiding in the back room or glued to their phones while the cleaning standards of the dining or condiment station are neglected. The lunch staffing is usually much more consistent and on point. The food is usually quite greasy (even for burgers). Despite the grease, the burgers do taste great and the portion size of the fries is very generous. The spicy fries are delicious and both fries are made with quality cuts of potatoes.

They have developed a system of dropping patties as soon as order is confirmed to try to get orders out faster but you may be waiting at least 15-20 minutes for your order on an average evening if anyone else is ahead of you in line. If you happen to go there before a popular movie starts at the cinema in the plaza you will experience significant delays. Today's experience was horrible! I ordered and paid for my food on Five Guy's website, and after receiving my food via Door Dash, I received someone else's order - someone by the name of Nikolaos V. What's worst is that I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC to PICKLES! I called the Door Dasher Driver to report this and was told to contact Door Dash customer service. I called them, and they told me to call the store to report the error to receive a refund. I contacted the store in attempt to speak with the manager and was met with a busy tone several times. Finally, I called Five Guy's customer service and was told that the District Manager will contact me by the end of the week! At this point, being very pregnant and very allergic to pickles, this will need to be escalated to someone much higher than the district manger because I need to be compensated for more than what I paid for due to someone's...
