KFC — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I always loved KFC and I will still eat their chicken but not from this restaurant. Nothing says Welcome to KFC like an employee with Gold teeth top to bottom!! As soon as I went in to make an order, there was no one at the counter for at least 3 minutes. There was a line forming behind me as well. A young man took my order and then proceeded to get my order together. He did NOT wash his hands after handling the money. He handed me the bucket of chicken in a bag....even though I told him I'm eating inside with my friend. I was given 3 napkins and 1 fork. 🤔 He started helping the other customers. 😡 I needed my cups for our drinks and he gave me 2 Ranch dressings. Duh...I said I need my 2 cups. 😴😴😴😴😴 F I N A L L Y.....got our drinks and we sat down and ate our meal until our napkins were saturated with enough grease to slick my hair back. I had to go get more napkins. 🕛 Time passes and then was given 11 napkins. 🤨 This KFC is under staffed. A fast food restaurant cannot be run sufficiently with only 3 employees! I Cannot blame staff for slow service. I blame KFC headquarters! Someone there has there head where the sun don't shine! This restaurant was dirty inside and out! I'm surprised they're still...

Thursday, January 26, 2023 6:39pm Ordered an 8 piece family meal. I was told the chicken will take some time and to wait out front. As I was waiting out front, I watched the drive through line….cars come and cars go, while people were entering and leaving with food. Suddenly a mentally ill homeless man wrapped in a sleeping bag approached my window, I wouldn’t look at him, or crack my window and was waiting for him to leave, he became irritate and angered while yelling screaming, cursing and spitting on my window. My order was placed at 6:39pm and now it’s 7:00pm, I’m afraid to get out of my car with the homeless man at my window, so I call the store and no one answers, I wait for the coast to be clear and I dart for the front doors, I explained I ordered and paid for an 8 piece family meal at 6:39pm and no one came out front. The cashier, drive through person and manager all looked at each other perplexed about my order and started to prepare it. Meanwhile I’m watching everyone get taken care of both at the cashier and drive though window. I finally get my order and dart back to my car at 7:15pm. Never again! Next time I’ll go to Publix and grab rotisserie chicken...

I went there to get some hot wings(which i used to love) and 3 sandwiches. The lady told me that it would take 5 mins to get them; so i say no problem. After waiting for 20 minutes i went back to the window and asked her what's going on with my food; she said that its almost ready and i said you should be honest and tell people that their food will take 20-25 minutes to get ready instead of 5 minutes. She then answer "i never told you 5 minutes cause our wings takes 10 minutes to get ready". So i said "listen to yourself, even if you had said 10 minutes you still not honest cause here we are having this conversation almost 25 minutes later and I'm still waiting on my food." Then she handed me the bag with just the wings box; i asked her what happened with the 3 sandwiches i ordered. She said " oh you ordered sandwiches, "she(whom i have no idea who she was referring to)" is confused with the order. So i had to wait another 3 minutes for the sandwiches.
