This establishment has changed alot. You no longer have the option to take a seat unless you are paying $180 or more. That's outright disgusting & greedy! It is NOT RIGHT to require people to purchase a bottle of alcohol costing 180 in order to be seated and enjoy themselves. They no longer have seats around the bar section either. Why? You know why, because they want customers to pay $180 & up. That was my 5th time visiting, but now I will not be going back.
Update: Thank you for the response, but I’d like to add some clarity from my perspective.
Removing seating around the bar isn’t about “comfort, safety, or organization” — it’s a clear shift toward profit over experience. Taking away casual seating in a space that once offered a vibrant, community-style vibe now forces people into spending $180+ just to sit down. That’s not about demand management — that’s about maximizing revenue at the expense of your loyal customers.
Let’s not forget that the main appeal of this venue has always been the “Backyard Style Gathering” — an open, chill, social environment where people could mingle, enjoy the music, and relax with friends. Limiting comfortable seating to inside areas, away from the primary attraction, doesn’t enhance the experience — it diminishes it.
Standing in the sun, with no option to sit unless I buy a bottle, doesn’t reflect growth — it reflects exclusion. And let’s be clear, the issue wasn’t my budget — it was about comfort and having the option to enjoy this space without being forced into bottle service. That kind of pressure takes away the authenticity and fun that originally made this spot so popular.
This was my fifth visit — and possibly my last — not because I can’t afford to spend, but because I believe customer comfort shouldn’t come with a $200 price tag in addition to...
Read moreNice vibe. Good DJ. I only had the breakfast food which was good. The afternoon line was too long, so I didn’t try it.
I’ve been here several times — WITHOUT reservations and WITH reservations.
I highly suggest ONLY going if you’re going to drink ALCOHOL! Why? Because to sit down outside (NOT inside), you HAVE to buy a bottle. Hookahs do NOT get you a table/seat outside, which is a little crazy considering how much you pay for one.
Now, before BB’s responds, here’s why you don’t want to take advantage of the free seating inside: the event/entertainment is OUTSIDE, NOT INSIDE. So sitting inside is basically worthless — and boring, might I add. If you’re only coming to eat, then inside is fine, but let’s be real… that’s not why most people come to this event.
In conclusion: if you’re not a drinker or coming with someone who’s paying for a bottle, this event is not for you! UNLESS you don’t mind standing outside, or sitting inside where there’s no entertainment.
However, if you reserve a table by purchasing a bottle, it’s worth it. They do have bottle specials before 1pm, but after that expect to spend more. I haven’t had the hookah myself so no comment on that — there are other reviews here you can check out.
Lastly, to my girls — be mindful that this event can get REALLY packed, to the point where people are all in your personal space. People get drunk, and security is not as vigilant as they should be. I had an incident with a guy here that made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. I STRONGLY suggest going with a...
Read moreI will start by saying the atmosphere was great and the music was a whole vibe. We got there at 11 all the tables were empty yet we were told they were reserved. The truth in that was they weren't reserved just left unoccupied unless you buy a bottle. You have to stand even paying $50 per person. Okay we were told a bottle would be $150 until 1pm then bottles went to $300 and up. We got a bottle and of course a table immediately was available. We were treated like second class after that. It's spring break so of course the place became super crowded. Me and my crew not heavy drinkers so we didn't put a big dent in our bottle. So a waitress asked what was my name to check what time we got there. It was like 2:30 so we was told if we wasn't buying another bottle we had to move. The bottle we had could not be taken out of we didn't finish it. This spoiled my whole vibe felt like we didn't matter because we wasn't spending enough. The food wasn't good to me. They say all you can eat yet people was complaining there wasn't a lot of food there to even go back for seconds. Poor advertising. We ended up giving the rest of our bottle to some random people near us. Beyond Brunch Sundays! What's more important spring breakers that's here for a week then they're gone? Or your Florida residents that keep you a float?...
