The roll itself? Absolute perfection. Buttered and toasted to a golden crisp, the bun cradles a generous portion of fresh, sweet lobster meat—lightly dressed in butter to let the seafood shine (they also serve a mayo version we didn’t try). The young lady who took my order was very nice. I ordered a regular lobster roll with just butter. They didn't let me know it would come with a pickle thankfully it was wrapped so the juices didn't get on my sandwich. I hate pickles!
