Subway — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I went to this location in anticipation of a great sandwich. When I got there I asked for a coldcut combo on white. A fairly easy sandwich for a store that had been open for an hour. (Verified by the road crew outside) She said they didn't have white and was verry snarky about it. I asked when the white would be done figuring just a couple minutes. She said it just went in the proofer. I asked when she opened she looked at the clock and back at me and said 10 o clock which was 6 minutes from when she said it. I am more than unhappy. Please avoid this store like the plague. The one on Las Olas less than a half mile away is very polite and have everything ready before they open the doors. Subway restaurants as with all franchises should be rated against the standard of others in the chain. This Subway gets good marks for their speed of crafting sandwiches in such a heavy consumer location. The volume can get high here and the the wait is small in comparison. The bread is always fresh and the ingredients are at the Subway standard. The staff is friendly and efficient. Sandwiches are made correctly the first time and the restaurant is clean. I see why it closed, store owner could careless about the employees. Disrespectful customers yelling and screaming at employees over things that we're out of there control should not be tolerated. At the end of the day we are all human beings and yes you pay for the food but they have to be there to keep the business going as well. I've seen employees come and go because owner took customers word over hearing employees out. And look at the business...
