Myers- Forum location) at 6 am a couple of weeks ago. It was still dark out. I maneuvered the wack-a-mole-maze to get to the drive thru menu sign board. It was unlit. Snap! Squinting was of no use. So I ordered 2 donuts and coffee. The girl on the other end of the speaker sounded like she was in a tin can, far far away...Westeros shall I say? Barely audible as well. The echo was quite engaging...not. I told her the sign was dark, etc. and she said: "I can't turn it on." I didn't bother to explore this retort . I had no energy for the verbal battle that would undoubtedly ensure with this young lady. Outcome based education anyone? Thanks G. Gordon Liddy. When I got to the window to receive my fare she acted and talked like she would rather eat a live, hot mess mad scorpion than be there...lol. She handed me my coffee. Gentle now. Do not burn the nice man in the car I think to myself. Then my bag of 2 donuts. Hercules, Hercules. I was so excited. I looked in the bag...oh lord! They were thrown in there with no wax paper or napkins. The bag had more icing then my lil donuts. They looked like 2 circles of road kill. They stared back at me with indignation, as if to say 'what did we do?' There there lil donut. It will be okay. I shall enjoy you non the less. I shan't (fancy word) be going back there for any blood sugar raising road kill any time soon. Other locations..see ya when I see ya. Krispy Kreme...
Read moreOn 9/18 at 11:06 AM, I placed an order using the drive thru. When I was provided with my order, I explained I was missing a drink. The cashier asked what I was missing. I stated it was a vanilla coffee. She looked at my receipt, sighed with an eye roll and said "well she didn't charge you for it". Her facial expression said she was so annoyed with me just bringing up that I was missing a drink. I said not a problem and drove off to park. I walked inside and the ladies at the front corner were extremely nice and replaced my drink. I asked to speak with the manager. Jessica came over and I explained that the drive thru rep was extremely rude. Her response was well are you missing anything (rudely). I said no, the ladies at the front corner fixed the error. I asked for the drive-thru lady's name. Jessica's response was well "no, I'm not providing that to you. You have reported it to me, now good bye." Then she walked off from the conversation. Read moreI really hope the owner reads this review. I don’t even want to give it one star… The quality of service and products of this location is terrible. First, I entered the drive thru line and only 3 cars in front of me yet took me 25 minutes to get my order. If there was a way I could have got out of the line I would have. Second, the worker taking my order had terrible effective communication skills. I had to keep asking if anyone was there to know if my order was heard… which leads me to my third complaint-both drinks were wrong so she definitely wasn’t paying attention when taking my order. I ordered a medium Iced Caramel Machiatto and a small hot chai latte. I received a medium iced coffee cream only and a small iced coffee with a shot of expresso. The staff was so unapproachable and I had just waited 25 minutes for an incorrect order that I had no patience to address the issues.
