I went in with a coupon 2 for $6 chicken choice. If i would have know they were going to cut 1 chicken patty in half. I would have gladly drove around the corner to Wendy's. My cheese was bigger than my chicken patty. They initial forgot the bacon on one of my sandwiches but were gracious to provide when we drove back. If i would have seen the patty was cut in half when I went back for the bacon I would have just gotten my $$ back. Really disappointed in Arby's

I'm have been to the drive through twice in the past week. The first time when I reached the ordering menu, they abruptly closed at 7:00pm. And this last time. I would try to order, but had to start over because the order taker kept interrupting me. We started over and got my order placed. After several minutes (15) waiting to advance in line. I gave up and bailed.

Place is terrible. Everytime i go there it takes forever. Bathroom was horrendous last time i went i had to wipe my hands on my shorts cause the towel thingy didnt work. People need re trained here or something. (except two older ladies up front) they are nice and work hard.

I want to preface this message by stating how much I really like Arby’s on the whole. As a matter of fact, my first job at 14 years was at the Arby’s location on 377 in Benbrook, TX. So there is a life long loyalty to the brand. Recently however, what appears to be Arby’s policy of only offering “drive thru only” service has become a point of contention. We stopped going to the Arby’s in Saganaw TX for this very reason. Simply, Arby’s food is not conducive to an “in car dining” experience. But I digress.

At this particular date, time, and location, this policy became the focal point where the manager of the store became outright disrespectful. I am staying at a hotel just 50 yards walking distance from this store for 30 days for business. When I walked across the yard to this Arby’s location, I met the manager in the parking lot just after I read the sign on the door stating that the dining room was closed. I asked her “They are still doing this?” she simply responded “yea.” I asked, “All of the Arbys are doing this everywhere?” She said, “Yea, they are mostly understaffed.” I asked “All of them?” She said “I only have 9 people here.” I asked, “How is that? How are all of the other restaurants in this area open and you’re telling me only Arby’s is universally understaffed?” She turned away and started walking back to the store. I asked, “What would you like me to do? Whataburger is open. Burger King is open. Can I at least walk through your drive-thru?” Before I got the last part of my question, she never turned around and threw her hand up in the air dismissing me outright and yelled, “take yourself to Burger King!” I said, “That’s fine. I will not return to Arby’s until I can visit the dining area.”

At no point did I get belligerent or disrespectful to her. But her attitude and outright dismissing me was beyond disrespectful. There are a hundred different things she could have said that would have left me disappointed, but satisfied with the exchange without being disrespectful. I know that in the past Arby’s has had a policy of not service walk ups at the drive-thru. She could have said, “I’m sorry, I can’t allow it. It is for your safety” which was the answer we were told to give walk up customers. Again, there were many ways she could have handled this instead of flipping her hand off at me and dismissing me. It is unreasonable to expect someone to forgo a 50 yard walk, to go back and get their vehicle and drive to the same location to place an order they have no intent of consuming in their vehicle anyway. Especially with fuel being $4+ a gallon. It is unfortunate, but I will have to give up on trying to go to Arby’s, especially this location after being treated so rudely, until whatever forces that are allowing other restaurants to open their dining areas while preventing Arby’s from doing so...

Gave it a "2" only because of the kindness & attempt to satisfy a customer by the Manager, "Mary". I'm not much of beef eater so I'm not a loyal customer of Arby's. I only went because of the commercial about the new "Real (Unreal in my opinion) Bar-b-Que Rib" sandwich that you can't turn the bube tube on without seeing the commercial all day. Admittedly I went through the drive-thru around 9:30pm, which is close to closing time (no excuse), & the product that I took home & tried unsuccessfully to eat was not (I'm sure) a good representation of the product they want us to buy. When I got home and took the sandwich😏 out of the bag, the 1st thing I thought was that it looked like it had been micro waved & done so too long at that. I was hungry so I gave it the old College try. I gave up just short of 1/2 way through it. Too late to call so I wrapoed it back up & called the next day & lodged my complaint. Mary had me bring it in, gave me my $$$ back & offered to make me a fresh one herself to prove to me that it's a good sandwich. Well I told her that was my one shot & declined. She, however, insisted & told me to think about it & if I changed my mind to just come back & let her know & she would make me another @ no cost to me. I may, just because she was so sorry that I wasn't pleased & wanted to make it right. If I do I'll let Y'all know, but right now it's a 👎for the "Real Bar-B-Que Sandwich". Not sure if they really, "Have The Meat"....

Normal Arby’s. The location wasn’t busy at all. Not one customer here or in the drive thru when we got here but the fries were cold when we got our food. Normally would have been upset about it but I have my grandson with me so it was actually a good thing so he could enjoy the fries. The cheese sticks we got, tasted like the cheese was about to go bad. But the sandwiches taste like good old Arby’s always does. We spent 26 dollars on 4 sandwiches, 2 medium fries, an order of cheese sticks, 2 drinks an apple juice and 2 turnovers. We also had a coupon they happily accepted. Service wasn’t awful everyone was pleasant. The woman working in the drive thru screamed The F bomb about two minutes into our meal which was not cool in front of my 1.5 yr old grandson who repeats literally EVERYTHING we say! Overall like an old security blanket this was an Arby’s comfort meal. Nothing amazing, nothing awful. Enough to remind you of eating here with your grandparents! And we continue the tradition hopefully next time with...
