Chipotle, I am highly disappointed in one of your stores in Texas off of highway 360 and trinity. @chipotlecentreport2 there was some review being held at noon lunch time today. Noon, you know one of the busiest times for your establishment. And I guess that your petite blonde district manager thought it was appropriate and professional to hold office in the dinning area. As my coworker and I find a seat in your crowded establishment to eat lunch and unwind during a hectic work Tuesday we get to over hear this district manger talk down to employees. It felt so awkward. My co worker and I both agreed we felt like this wasn't something that we should be hearing which made us feel really guilty like we were doing something wrong. We spent money on your establishment to feel bad. There's something wrong with that right? However, the first young man who left had nothing on him like the second. The moment that the second young man sat down your general manager of that location flipped her switch and went absolutely crazy. Wowzer, she should not be a manger. I don't know if you have any management seminars that you force your employees to go to, but wow I sure can point you into the direction of a really good one, because your managers need it. This woman was disgusting! I would have quit on the spot if I got paid such petty cash to deal with that obnoxious pig. She was drilling into that young man; and at this point I don't care what that young man did to get such a tongue lashing, because what his manager did IN FRONT of everyone was much worse. What he did is excusable in my opinion. But what your general manager did was not. She was the utmost disrespectful and just all around ugly. I felt so embarrassed for that young man. I couldn't even finish eating I felt so badly about what was happening. Word of advice, you have a back room where you receive shipments, do your reviews there where its private. I don't care if you have to sit on sodas or napkins. Do it in private. I will never venture to that establishment again. I am so saddened by my trip there I just can't even right now. Thanks for...
Read moreI made an online order for a few office members and myself and two of the three were incorrect. Upon returning to the restaurant, after my drive back to the office, (with incorrect food in hand) I politely told the cashier about how my online order was wrong and needed it remade. He said I could do "whatever" with the food and they would make it for us. I told him I did not want to keep the food cause I knew the staff would not eat it and I did not want it so he said we could toss it. Then "acting manager" - by assumption only, Derrik (or however you spell it) proceeded to verbally attack me stating "how do you know it was wrong" considering the food was in the bag in the trash at this time. I told him what the guys told me was wrong with it, as my food was made correctly, and he continued to ask if I had looked at the food or inspected it to know for sure it was wrong. I told him matter of factly that NO I did not finger their food to inspect for errors but there were items I visually saw that were not listed on the online order tag and then repeated to please go remake the order. Eventually after arguing back and forth with this Napoléon complex of a man, I DUG OUT our food from the trash to show him in which he responded at that time he did not need to see it and they would remake it. The cashier was very kind, apologetic tho. I thanked him, asked for his name once more and went back to the office to find the food - was still wrong.
I have NEVER had an issue with Chipotle before and this location has been relatively decent until today. I understand mistakes happen in the food industry, but what I will not stand by a company who allows their employees to treat their...

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a recent experience at one of your Chipotle locations. During my visit, I was served an extremely inadequate portion—honestly, it was comparable to something a prisoner on punishment might receive. To make matters worse, I was being charged double for that same portion, which was completely unacceptable.
When I addressed the issue, the employee who prepared the meal showed little concern, and the manager failed to properly resolve the matter. Instead of taking accountability or offering a reasonable solution, she responded with a slight attitude and dismissed my concerns. I ultimately refused to pay for a meal that was not made correctly and was being unfairly upcharged.
To make the situation even more troubling, another employee then falsely claimed to be the manager. It was clear she only intervened because we are both Black, and she likely assumed that by sharing the same race, she could downplay my complaint and smooth things over without holding the responsible party accountable. That approach was not only insulting, but it also felt like a clear attempt to silence a valid concern and protect poor service practices.
I left the store feeling disrespected, unheard, and completely undervalued—not only as a paying customer but as a person. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge your corporate team to address the lack of professionalism, poor service standards, and culturally insensitive behavior I experienced.
Your customers deserve...
