Awesome experience! My first time to dine/visit at Panda Express. I was totally impressed, and my expectations were exceeded. I have seen many Panda Express locations open and operating around the country, but never visited or dined at any location. My friend and I decided to try this location, and I'm so glad we did. Personally, I thought the food taste, presentation, freshness and quality was excellent. I ordered the plate with " the original " orange chicken and a spicy beef dish. I also enjoyed two side items; noodles and rice. All of it was delicious! Orange chicken is one of my favorites, and the original orange chicken was, perhaps, the best I have had, anywhere! The beef dish (I can't remember the exact name) was great, too. However, the orange chicken was outstanding. The two sides were delicious, too. In my opinion, the noodles won the best side contest. The portions were huge. At least for myself, it was enough food to easily make two meals. The pricing is extremely reasonable. My meal was only $10! Amazing considering the amount of food you receive. Since this was my first visit, it took me a long time to read the menu board and make my entrée and side decisions. The staff associates were very kind, helpful and, most importantly, very patient with me. I visited on a Friday night during dinner hours, so the restaurant was moderately busy. My friend and I were able to locate a booth for our dinner experience. Again, I'm really impressed with Panda Express. Hopefully, every location similar to this Texas location. I'm anxious to visit another Panda Express location and try more "original orange chicken ". I highly recommend Panda Express for great food at...
Read moreThis lady ruined my experience of ever coming to Panda Express. I asked for a water cup and while eating my food I went up to the soda machine and you know how there’s lemonade attached to the water nozzle? Well I pressed the lemonade one not realizing it because I was on the phone(FaceTime) and had taken a sip realizing it wasn’t water and she just appears from behind me and threatens to call the police if I don’t pay $2.49 immediately?!?! I told her I made a mistake and she said “nah you took a sip that will be $2.49” very Rudely and unprofessionally. She called me out as if I did something wrong or stole in front of all the other customers that were inside. I was embarrassed and shocked that I would be treated in such a way. Especially in a fast food establishment. She was very loud and even took it to the extent of “following me out to my car and taking my license plate number to file a police report” ONE SIP, and it wasn’t even intentional. No warning, no correction, invaded my personal space, and was very rude. I will be taking this further and filing a complaint with corporate for her unprofessional manners and...
Read moreOrdered through their app. Turns out, they contract with Door Dash. While this would typically be no issue, the driver had "car trouble" and won't answer his phone. The text I received from the system was that the order was cancelled and I was to reach out to the restaurant itself. When I called the restaurant, the person who I spoke to told me that because it was picked up by Door Dash, that's not their problem. I explained to them that I used the Panda app and did not use Door Dash. If Door Dash was solicited by Panda to perform the delivery, that was between Door Dash and Panda, and not me. She kept putting me on hold instead of letting me speak. She came back on and told me that they were doing me a "favor" and calling door dash for me but not to expect it every time because this technically isn't their job. I hung up instead.
If I had solicited Door Dash to go pick it up, then yes, obtaining a solution for the canceled order would lay solely on me. But I didn't and...
