I’m regularly having problems at this location. I only ever order online for pick up. It seems like every other time I order, the order is wrong or there are missing items. Today (March 21st) happened to be the same thing. Along with one of the managers (Jose) being very unprofessional and having an attitude.

I went through the drive thru window to pick up my order, and asked if I could buy an extra bag of chips. There were no vehicles behind me, and would only assume it wouldn’t be a big deal to ring up a bag of chips and hand them to me since I was already at the window. I was told I had to go inside to do this. As I parked, I checked my bag to make sure the order was right. Go figure, I was missing my bag of chips that was originally ordered online. I proceeded inside and waited about 4-6 minutes in line just to purchase the order of chips. The other manager (Chloe) was working the register. I explained to her what happened and why I wasn’t able to just order from the window. Before she could reply, Jose snapped with a snarky remark and said “cause it’s our job”. I looked at him and said, “Excuse me? Who is your manager?” He replied back, “don’t get too excited”. I asked him again who was the manager, and he pointed at himself. I asked him for his name and he replied back, “I don’t have to tell you”.

UPDATE 9/17/2025 Food was fine the 2 ladies checking people out need to slow down! Im trying to get my app to work and no one is behind me and the lady next to the cashier is like you can get the information off of your receipt also! I don't want to go through all of that and they didn't even have everything rang up yet and I wasn't holding anyone up. She needs to go back to training, she is super rude and need to learn what customer service is.

7/12/2023 Audrey was so nice and helpful today! I decided to come back and give this location another try because my coworkers were ordering. So i wemt in and ordered my food. Audreys' attitude was very positive and so much better than the other people I have had. Also, the girl with long hair and glasses was super nice. The food was so much better, and the rice is actually perfect. I am happy this location has done a 360 and improved so much. The food was horrible! The rice was not cooked and so hard! No flavor! My chicken was so dry! My daughters bowl was just a huge clump of fat and dry carnitas her rice was the same. My mom's steak bowl was pathetic! Dry meat, hard rice, and like 10 black beans. This is ridiculous! I picked up 3 other orders for coworkers, and all of them are...
