I am extremely disappointed with the Starbucks refreshing drink I ordered from the Roanoke location. As someone who relies on their morning pick-me-up, I expected the same quality and taste that I usually enjoy at the Lewisville store. However, I was sorely let down. This is not the first time I have experienced such a letdown, but I chose to remain silent. Mistakes happen, right? But this time, it was just unbearable. Every single time, they neglect to pay attention to my order. I specifically requested a smaller size, yet they handed me a large drink. And don't even get me started on the taste! It was absolutely disgusting. It felt like I was drinking nothing but water with ice, a far cry from the refreshing beverage I had anticipated. I refuse to pay for such an unsatisfactory experience. It's disheartening to waste my hard-earned money on something that ruins my entire morning. I implore Starbucks to take every customer's order seriously and ensure the utmost quality. This kind of negligence affects everyone's day, and right now, I am truly frustrated and upset. My entire morning has been thrown off balance because of this one drink. management please listen to your customers and make sure this doesn't happen again...
Read moreWe recently moved to the area near this Starbucks. We enjoy going into a number of different Starbucks, having a good cup of coffee and playing Wordle. We've been to this one 5 or 6x now and Idk something is always off. Today the cream they used in our latte was sour. They remade them for us but was still sour. When we thanked them but said it was still rancid, the girl behind the counter said "she'd look into it." Often if we go in and sit it takes twice as long as other Starbucks to get our order. Maybe they give preference to drive thru, and that's understandable, we just hadn't experienced that at any other Starbucks. And usually we don't mind the extra wait but sometimes we're in a hurry and have just learned to use their drive thru or go to another Starbucks. I guess the oddest thing here is that when we had the snow and ice back in early Jan (?) I think, no one bothered to put anything on the ice or make an effort to make it safer for customers coming in/out. It was pretty treacherous. We went to another coffee shop later that day and they were all out chopping up the ice and putting salt down for people. Very different mind set. Idk, too much competition to waist money and risk our health at...
Read moreNo matter what Starbucks location I go to, none of them can ever seem to make my drinks right. I order one of the same two drinks every time. Every time it is made differently, and it’s not a drink that I add to or change. Both drinks are ordered just like Starbucks makes them. Maybe the employees should actually measure…? This time around I got the gingerbread latte. There was absolutely no cold foam on it. We kindly asked about it, and the guy at the window proceeded to argue about it (in a kind way that he probably didn’t even see as arguing honestly). He told us it would taste the same and to try it first. All he would do is pour more milk in it. There are more steps to cold foam than just pouring milk into a drink. Why can’t you just fix the drink when a customer ask? I’m not a difficult customer; I just expect things to be made the way Starbucks claims they will be. Needless to say, we just left without getting my drink fixed. And, no, it doesn’t taste the same without the cold foam. Drinking it with the cold foam really does make a difference. Here is an idea…don’t be lazy and do your job the right way…the first time. Then maybe you wouldn’t have to fix so...
