I love giving five stars but… I can only give panda four at this location. They have been open for months and still do not offer app orders. Why is this a big deal? The app always gives specials and discounts for saving them labor and the store will not offer the same discount. In addition, this store frequently runs out of white rice and other menu items. If you go within an hour of close they do not have many menu items. It is frustrating to place an order only to hear “sorry we do not have that right now.” I have even offered to wait for them to make a menu item but they refuse. When you have picky kids and they love a particular menu item it makes it hard for you to help your kids understand why they won’t make an item on their menu. Other than the menu items being available… The food here is always good. The portions they gave you would fill any large adult. Most of the time we have food left over so we factor having two meals into the price. Rather you dying inside or go to the drive-through I have never been backed up in a line. We eat at panda express at least once a week. By the way, they just started a loyalty program but you have to ask for the cards.
** New update… I just went again at an hour and 10 minutes before close and they were out of white rice. The manager was at the window and he was inflamed because I was upset. He said it takes too long to make white rice. I told him that it is the cheapest thing in his store and he should have 5 pounds left over every night which would only cost him about $5.00 in waste. He said he is the new manager and they are trying to make changes. But, he made no concessions for me once again not having what I ordered. ...

Plate teriyaki chicken/honey walnut…Exact words tonight “Hey I usually eat the same thing everyday, can I sample a small piece of Black pepper chicken, I might make it a BIGGER plate.” How does that small question, with a box of tooth picks sitting next to it blowup. How about I waited 5-9 mins to be served(only customer in line) the girls were either making DoorDash orders or something… No one every acknowledged me or simple “we’lll be with you” 5-9 mins of waiting the cashier just stood at the rice and that was her way of letting me know she was ready. I asked for the sample, a girl pasted her and whispered “tell him we don’t do it anymore.” Then goes and tell the window cashier… then she rudely comes to repeat prices to me…With the same money grabbing/register typing hands unwashed, no gloves reaches in to the bowl and hands me the chicken(I’m reporting that to the health department) then after I mentioned that I eat the same thing daily, she repeatedly mentioned pricing before you would make my plate…not only does she make my plate without cleaning hands, she purposely gave smaller portions lol.. finish with the plate and then tells the front cashier “move im going to charge him myself” so you went from never helping me, standing in the window, to the line server, to the front register, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes to be served ??? No had name tags, but to describe them the 2 white girls and a young black girl working...

I don’t think I give out many one stars but here are my reasons.
Always slow, even when no one is in line. Took nearly 15 minutes last night and there wasn’t even anyone in front of me when I got there.
Food is never as good as other locations. Cold,soggy, congealed mess.
Usually missing items like fried rice and anything that isn’t orange chicken.
Lost my debit card for 10 minutes. Handed me my food and expected me to drive away. I told them they still had my card, the young woman immediately argued with me without even asking the other woman who took my card. The other woman was no where to be found apparently. Took the other woman coming back, telling me she gave me my card back, me pointing out I don’t have a receipt and that I can see it sticking out of the printer, they check the printer and my card was laying next to it in the counter. Not even an apology, and I really could have freaked out after the first minute I feel.
I know staffing is short but maybe they should just reduce the number of items selectively to increase quality and decrease...
