Great American Cookies — Local services in Fort Worth

Went here 7/18/21 purchased three small cookies and a lemonade for my son. The total came out to 6$ and some change paid with my wife’s debit card but we didn’t ask for a receipt. Later on in the day we checked our transactions and they charged almost 15$. I don’t have a receipt number so I really can’t do anything about it and it’s not like I will drive 30 miles to get a 7$ refund. Please if you shop at this place ALWAYS ask for a receipt!

Update: I honestly haven’t check if my 7$ dollars were refunded but I really appreciate it if they were great job on your part! However I never in any way shape or form implied to your employees that I was okay with giving them a tip. Let alone a 100% tip. The employees I experienced in the store in Tanger Outlets were unhelpful and very unprofessional. I walked in at 8:15pm and no customers were in the store. One employee had her back to the door stocking cups at the drink machine and never turned around to acknowledge me. There was another employee surfing her cell phone facing the door and never looked up. Neither greeted me. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes waiting to inquire about ordering a cookie cake for an event and then left. Will never go back...

Good cookies.. but the reason I'm giving a 1 star is because I called and specifically asked for the smallest cookie cake they had and was told by the girl who answered that it the smallest was 12' . I needed one so I said go ahead and make it. When I arrived to it up they had smaller ones available that she has forgotten about. I think the least they could have done was price match for the one I originally wanted but they didn't. They didn't seem to care or even apologize. I wont be doing...
