VETERANS AND MILITARY, READ
Let me start by stating that my Daughter and her Wife have purchased a bunch of stuff from here. I went in to purchase them a kitchen table and 4 chairs. I always ask if thereās a Military discount available. I was told yes but I had to have a Military ID. I understand this completely, however, they donāt understand it completely. You donāt possess a Military ID unless youāre active, reserve, or retired. Any other type of discharge will get you a form of sorts. I always have my Dads as he did 31 years in the Marine Corps. 3 tours in Vietnam, stationed at Guantanamo Bay in 66-68 and further in the Middle East on Embassy duty. These are not āsought outā positions. These are the posts that lifers volunteer for. I was in the Young Marines of Texas starting at 6 years old. My boyfriend is also a Marine. I take care of my Dad as heās got Alzheimerās now and is in a private care facility, not the VA. I told Gabe the store Manager this as I handed him my Navy Federal debit card and provided a USAA debit as well with my ID and my Dads Military ID. Anyone knows that you donāt get to participate in these financial institutions if youāre not either in the military or direct family. Iām the Founder of Freedom and Hope For All. (LLC pending 501c3) a charity to help homeless Veterans regain their lives and freedom back. Itās a 10% discount on almost 5k worth of purchases. Mind you theyāve got no signage on the doors stating thus is even an offer. When we asked about it he was quite frankly rude. The freedom he has to be this way was provided by our great Veterans who were willing to die for this Country! My Daughter has asked me not to leave a review because they like their products. I decided she can like them, purchase them, do what she likes. I for one will let EVERY VET I KNOW TO NOT SPEND ONE PENNY HERE!! I called corporate and they donāt handle āoutletsā but were kind enough to call. The store manager told them the same thing. If Iād done this purchase through a non outlet entity it wouldāve been handled accordingly. In short, youāre only as good as your last review. I hope that this hits home for our Veterans! DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SERVICE! They want to make money on the very freedom weāve provided them and snub us!! Iāve let my local Devil Dogs know and will continue to pass this through the Marine Corps League, VFW, and any other Veteran based organization. We can make concrete tables!! Stop making an ungrateful company money! That man had the power to make a decision and he did, weāre not important and clearly they donāt know the rules! I definitely will never spend another penny of my hard earned money on ungrateful people. I canāt wait until it hits the fan again!! Donāt worry, they can hide behind overpriced concrete items!! I have called numerous times to inquire about items and he has gone as far as taking pictures and providing detailed descriptions to help me determine whether the drive would be worth my while. If this review was solely based on his customer service, I'd give a 5-star rating.
The furniture selection is underwhelming in my opinion. Several items like chairs with prices that start around $1500 had visible damage or noticeable wear and tear.
The lighting section in the back of the store seemed the most appealing. You can find fixtures priced very reasonably in boxes on shelves along the wall.
Any RH outlet is worth checking out since there are constantly new items arriving. While i haven't made any purchases at this particular store, there is a large enough selection of heavily discounted furniture in good to good-enough condition for...

They made no accommodation to get this transaction done. I asked about prepaying over the phone and picking it up in a week and a half when I am there, paying for shipping, and asked if there was any other way to get it done.
