Appears 2 b a cool place, ya n also a clever idea 4 a business, but it sucks to admit, it is being run by Rattle Snakes. I've been here 3 times in the past few years with each time getting worse an worse. In the end, paying for more shots rlly doesn't matter. It's dependent on the individual whipin it up. An agitating gamble each time. Listen fooz, dont bother. Save ur money and go 2 the liquor store. I swear by that. Anyway, I always gave it another go when it'd get late an the liquor stores close on me. Cowboys is/was my last resort 2 paying for somethin that's abit more stronger than what you'd normally find at a convenience store *Or so I wanted 2 believe😖. Which does suk cus the look, appeal, an idea of the place is brilliant plus their open late..but none of these things rlly matter if what ur actually paying for is nothing but an illusion. A deceptive money making hoax. Last night was unfortunately 1 of those nights again( sry 2 say but this will have to be my last time giving this place a chance. Cowboys has great potential but the Management team/Owners/ need to put a stop to Fraudulent transactions. Nobody likes getting screwed over on what they are paying for). Pulled in around midnight with my SD and out comes the attendant. Its freezing baawlz out an right away by the way she portrays herself to us...We can sense that shes ready 2cut to the chase an go back inside to sit n her glass chamber. Which I don't blame her, it was pretty cold out and it was an hour or so b4 closing ,so she was probably just over it for the night. Also, just a heads up to save u guys time (not money unfortunately ) but every individual in the vehicle will need to have an ID or they will refuse 2 serve anyone ,regardless if ur getting anything or not. *As the owner has clearly stated in several of his responses to ppls complaints/Negative reviews, they are simply following the law here .Which is understandable but completely hypocritical.. considering they ignore reviews about us not getting what we pay for. ? They are behind closed doors charging full price yet holding back the liquor u rlly pay for. I didn't bring my ID , bcus I hadnt realized this. Also bcus my dude was the one ordering n paying straight up. So when she turned him down he was like "why ?I'm the 1ordering... she's just with me". Attendent had an attitude an was annoyed..When rlly hunny.. if u want a Sugar Daddy ,trust me ur pretty enough to get 1. Instead of having to freeze outide serving beer to us drunks then take it out on us. Anyway they both bicker back an forth. So I interrupt to Say "no need to explain girl..but B4 I could finish sayin" we're gonna go grab it and will be back. She snaps back while walkin away an says "Well I don't have to Serve you an heads back towards the warmth of the store lol Came back 15 minutes later. Stubborn lil trick instead of trying to make her business a quick $40 profit. Refuses to serve us now Even after driving back from getting my ID an making 2 trips and dealing with the cuntiness. We ask to speak to the Manager, chik then claims she is the Manager. Turns out She wasn't. Manager relayed msgs instead of facing us respectfully. Holdup, gets worse . We get our order thank frigg, well after a good 35-40 minutes .Note, a Large Drink comes made ( or sopose to be made anyways) with 3 shots of whatever liquor ur asking for automatically. Any additional shots u wanna add will be $1each. We add 8 to ours. So do the math...We pay 11 shots to b added to our L whiskey & coke. When we get home, on my moma, Jesus & everything holy ....it taste like a watered down cola...? TF girl ? $20 for a Large Watery Fountain drink ? Mmmmm🙄 I don't play wen it comes to my liquor. Read moreAttention All patrons!! Today, I stopped by and purchased a half gallon of Sex on the Beach daquiri. I was surprised when the lady came out and it was blue. I've never seen that before but I trusted her opinion and took it home. Well, tonight when I finally open it to drink it, it tasted nothing like Sex on the Beach. Mind you, I'm from New Orleans where daiquiris are plentiful, so we know what Sex on the Beach looks and tastes like. We are a Air force family stationed here in fort worth both at Lockheed and live fairly close to this establishment and usually like the daiquiris from this spot. Anyway, I call and speak to a female that speaks to the owner, Chuy and she tells him that I would like to return the half gallon because it just was not good. He tells her that he will refund me and I can order a new one. So, my husband and I return the Blue Sex on the beach expecting to purchase my norm.... But to my surprise, when the lady came out with a portion of my refund. I began to tell her that wanted to order my normal flavor, she said that she wasnt allowed to let me purchase. Imagine my shock. I'm a repeat customer, I wasnt trying to RIP them off out of $19 dollars. I simply wanted to get my normal daquiri. I ask the girl to have Chuy come and speak with me because clearly it's a mis understanding. She said, I'm sorry, he's too busy. Let me just say again. I would Never RIP off a business. If he, Chuy, doesn't do exchanges or refunds he could have just said so when I called. I really felt disrespected that he couldn't meet with me, the customer to explain the issue. I would have respected that. This situation tonight was just totally unprofessional and I will NEVER but from here again. I will also, place a notification in my place of business to discontinue supporting this establishment as well. Truly disappointed on how this simple issue was handled or lack...

I've been a loyal customer here for over a year, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I handed the cashier $40 for a total of $23, but she only gave me $2 back, insisting that I had only given her $25. I know for certain what I handed her, and when I asked them to review the cameras, they initially refused until l contacted the police to come out.
When they finally did show me footage, they only showed an angle where the cashier was blocked by a pole. There was a camera almost directly above us that would have clearly shown the transaction, but they refused to show that video and the officer said he couldn't force them to show the video. When I asked for a manager, the foreign man at the window told me he did not know who the manager was and refused to provide any information.
This isn't just a simple mistake -- it feels like dishonesty and a lack of accountability. Ive supported this business for over a year, but after this experience, I no longer trust how they treat...
