My first experience was good. This second go round was incredibly horrible. I placed my order at 10:36 i was told there was a 40 min wait which I understood. I went home came back & my order was made wrong, went back up there let them know it was wrong they told me 15 mins for them to remake it. That 15 mins turned into another 40 minutes. When the food was ready my order was given to the wrong person & the person touched all the food & opened it. I let them know my order was given to someone else. One of the team members asked did i want it remade & i told him yes & I also asked for a manager. I let the manager know what happened & how could I be accommodated. She issued me a refund. Im still sitting there waiting for the food & when i asked how long will the wait be the manager told me that she refunded me & there was some miscommunication on there side even though after i was given the refund i was never told that i was not going to be able to get the food although I some miscommunication on there side even though after i was given the refund i was never told that i was not going to be able to get the food although I still wanted my food after I have been waiting for 2 HOURS !! Read moreI stopped by the recently opened Einstein Bros. Bagels location for lunch today, and I have to say — it already feels like a welcoming, well-run spot, thanks in large part to Kitte.
From the moment I walked in, Kitte greeted me with genuine warmth and a positive attitude that made me feel right at home. Even though the store is new, she carried herself with the confidence and care of someone who’s been there for years. Her attentiveness, patience, and ability to manage the flow during a busy lunch hour were impressive.
She not only got my order just right, but also offered helpful suggestions with a cheerful demeanor. It’s clear she cares about the customer experience and goes out of her way to make each interaction feel personal.
Kitte is a natural leader — someone who brings both energy and consistency to the team. In my opinion, she has the qualities that could help her grow into a leadership role, whether it’s training new team members, helping with operations, or leading shifts. She’s exactly the kind of person who makes a new place feel like home.

I ordered 120 bagels to be delivered to the BNSF NOC, and I must say that I was impressed by how easy the process was. A special shout out to Leila who facilitated this transaction and walked me through on what to expect. Furthermore, I want to recognize Kitt and Betty for working efficiently together to prepare the order. Finally, I again want to give a "shout-out" to Kitt for her excellent communication, coordination and being on-site and prepared for the delivery 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
