**update** I was contacted through this review and asked to provide my contact info to the GM, Clint Bixler. I emailed my info to the email provided on 3/15/2023 and I still haven’t been contacted. **Original Review - If I could give zero stars I would. I had never had Fuzzy’s and was looking forward to trying it. My family had had it at a different location before and really liked it. Our first clue that it might not be a good experience was that it was almost empty on a Saturday at around 5:30. It took a while to place our order. When we finally got our food and needed silverware most of the forks were dirty or at least looked it. We didn’t want to take any chances. When my daughter and grandson tried their enchiladas they immediately had to spit it out it was so bad. My husbands enchiladas had a strange flavor. My order came out later than the rest and was the wrong thing. At that point we were just done. We were too scared to eat anymore for fear of food poisoning. $73 worth of food down the drain. I don’t know if they were short handed or what. I doubt I will try Fuzzy’s ever again even at a different location.

Would like to give this five stars but couldn’t because of a few flaws. The food itself is pretty tasty and we had their street tacos which were absolutely delicious. However, after all of the praises, I have to say, we had to wait at an empty counter because the cashier was MIA, but the bar runner eventually took our order. It wasn’t busy - just after lunch, around 2. I had a frozen margarita with a $1 extra shot of tequila but never noticed it tasting any stronger, and I’m a fairly lightweight drinker. The tables were dirty and I wiped em down with the paper towels sitting on the table. The bathrooms were a 7/10 clean, but the paper towel holder had a sign letting you know it was broken but you could still grab towels. I guess this Fuzzy’s is a little older location and isn’t as shiny and new like some others. Still, if you want a good street taco, there’s no denying Fuzzy’s rises to the challenge.

Have been to several Fuzzy’s before and their fish tacos have always been good and this location specifically was subpar. The chips and queso were by far the worst most disappointing experience I’ve had in the chips and queso department. The cashier was a nice young man but there were 7 other staff members and while we were here the only 2 other customers got up several times to complain that they had not received their food yet. Seemed like a family owned business, an older lady employee was running around telling everyone what to do and scrambling to take orders and serve them. Overall sad experience. Go to a different location.

This was a hard place to review. I love Fuzzy's and eat at several around DFW. The food here was okay but the person taking our order needed some additional training, which isn't a big deal because she was nice and helpful otherwise. The chicken we ordered for our kids was a burnt joke but they simply passed it off like I was crazy for mentioning it. What was a deal killer was walking passed the open kitchen to hear one worker trashing us to the other. (Side note, you don't have to look Hispanic to know Spanish.) When I said something to them the gentleman took a step back apologized and walked off, the lady tried to act like she didn't do anything wrong but she was clearly caught red-handed. A simple apology would have been okay but to insult and then lied to my face is another thing. We quickly decided we would just box up our food instead. But as I was trying to box up our food, the same worker brought an older gentlemen out (who did not speak English) and told him to clean our table. He hesitated and double checked with her, she again told him yes, that one. He came and cleared a plate that I had just emptied (which was fine) but then when I looked away to get another box he grabbed my plate and then my son's full cup of beans, sticking his thumb in our food. My husband walked over at this point and asked to speak with the manager. She was ruder than the other employee we had been dealing with and did not care to hear our issues at all and then laughed about it as we were leaving. The only person there that was helpful was Jessica. Hopefully someone higher up fixes this issue with the employees quickly because there are plenty of other restaurant option...

HORRIBLE service!!! My family came here for my nephew's graduation. Bella (name on my receipt) extremely rude. She acted as if we were bothering her by placing a order. I was told to get my own cups and we waited forever to get our food. I expected the wait but the rudeness was uncalled for. My niece had a order of rice that was uncooked. We sent it back and it was like they put water on it and nuked it. Disgusting. After finally getting our order, my tempura shrimp tacos were hard as a rock! My son's beef fajita nachos had one piece of fajita cut into four pieces. I went to get a refill on my tea and they already put it up. How do you put up tea when you have a full restaurant? I just left it at that and decided we will NEVER come back to this location. My sister-in-law got her order about 30 minutes after ours, messed up and had to send it back. After they "corrected it" (tempura fish tacos also hard as a rock, still hard) they made an announcement that they were closed and we should gather our things. (Laughing and joking with each other) At this point we were all upset at how rude the employees were acting. My sister-in-law didn't even get to eat her food yet. She went up to the resister and asked to speak to the manager. My husband, myself and our 3 kids decided to leave at this point. This location is horribly staffed and corporate should seriously look into this. If you like Fuzzy's, go to NRH location, they have AWESOME customer service and the food is...

I have been to the Fuzzy's downtown, and in Haltom city several times, their food is amazing and I always thought it was worth the drive. The NRH location still help up the standard of the food for the most part. Food is always hot and fresh at those locations. I had heard that this store was NOT up to par with the rest of the Fuzzy's franchise. Boy were those people right. We went in for a quick lunch before going to the movies on a Thursday. The queso was lukewarm, chips kind of stale, corn tortillas were kind of dry. There was about a tablespoon of pulled pork on my taco, they forgot to season the ground beef and it tasted like sawdust. The potatoes were ice cold, and they tasted old. I got up and went to find the manager, asked the bartender to have him come over. I told him about all of the issues, and he apologized and said he would look into it. He came back about 5 minutes later, and told us that they forgot to season the beef....and that was it. He gave us a couple of coupons to come back. I REALLY hope that the management of the Fuzzy's franchise gets these new stores in line with the quality of the food at the original stores. I seriously have had better food at Taco Bueno....that is just sad. If you eat at this store, and the food is poor, let someone know. I love Fuzzy's and I really hope they get it together, it's nice to have one so close to home, but I am not if they don't care...
