Happy Lemon — Restaurant in Fort Worth

l used to come here all the time with my kids to hang out and it was nice at first, the drinks were great and the service was always welcoming. Now this place has definitely changed into a very negative space, the staff almost always have a horrible attitude. The last time I ordered from here, I ordered several drinks and specifically asked for 25% ice on all of them, they filled them up all the way with ice and within a few drinks the cup was just ice. I also added add ons to three of the drinks and never received them. Usually I don't complain because I know that mistakes happen, but this has been continuous. I payed $9 for each drink to not have the drinks made the way I wanted and to not even get any of my add ons that I was charged extra for. I called the same night just to let them know about it and the girl told me that I can report Happy Lemon through Uber Eats if I wanted and that she "really doesn't care". The worker went out of her way to be rude when I just wanted let her know what happened with the order. This isn’t the first time the staff were rude for no reason. It seems every time you talk to the staff, either when ordering or asking about a drink, they treat you like you’re stupid and give you dirty looks. Again, this is most times we’ve been, there have been very few nice and helpful staff. If you would have asked me to rate this place 2 years ago it would have been five stars but I'm not sure what this company is hiring now but these people are giving absolutely no effort and if I could give zero stars I definitely would.

9/21/25 at 5:40pm I was already having a bad day upon getting me some happy lemon which should’ve made my day better but once I got there I was ordering 4 drinks for me and my family and was reading the orders off my app since it was 10 mins before closing I couldn’t order a head of time to pick up. After I ordered my drinks the app had kicked me off so I was trying to log back in to add my points but I was struggling so I asked the girl at the register if there was any other way to add my points since I was struggling with the app but she ignored me then I was like nvm and ended just paying. After I got my four drinks I had to ask for a drink carrier then as I was walking one of the drinks fell off the drink carrier and busted all over the floor so I walked back and explained what happened and asked if I can get another drink and apologized but I got these weird stares from the workers, then a guy told me I had to ask the manager which I did but all the workers there was just all giving me a look as if it was my fault and I chunked the drink on the floor on purpose. They just made my day felt even worse no smiles are nothing like damn...

Happy Lemon...more like Sour Lemon. Not sure if you guys just don't pay your staff enough or what the deal is but absolutely horrible customer service.

I'm convinced this place purposely seeks out people with bad attitudes to work here. I share the same sentiment with other reviewers here: the customer service is extremely lacking and the staff look miserable!

When you walk in, the staff simply stare at you and don't bother saying hello or anything. They're also not so quick to help you if you have any questions, but they'll sure stare you down when it's time for the "tip" screen.

As far as the drinks go, they're pretty great — when they're made right. There's too much variability in the way the drinks are made. You can visit one time and get a great drink! When you come a second or third time, good luck getting the same taste as the previous time, even if you're ordering the same thing.

I'll end on a positive note: the best things about Happy Lemon are the games (spending time with those you love), and the bubble waffles (they're 10/10). Please fix customer service & and...
