Came here with company and it's an alright place, but beware: ask questions about your food because the waitresses will not tell you anything about it. I ordered the Sourdough Smash Melt Burger, which does not have Sourdough bread at all. I don't know if they ran out or something, but I didn't ask because I was real hungry and didn't want to wait for food any longer. Still, that's something the staff should address to the customers when customers are placing their orders, so they are aware of any changes to their food BEFORE placing an order. I know because I've worked in such places. To further my point, while everyone got their food, there was one person who didn't get their dish. It wouldn't have been a problem, if the wait for said dish didn't end up becoming 30 minutes long. When we finally got the attention of a waitress, which I understand they were busy getting everyone their orders, she finally tells us that this dish apparently takes longer to make, which is why there was a wait. Again, why was this not told to them while placing their order? Or even told when they gave everyone their dishes but her? Other than that, like I said, the food was alright. The garlic fries were definitely the best, they go very well with the tomato soup. One of my friends said the brisket was good, and another friend got El Jefe, a giant burrito, and they said it was also good and delicious, not mention huge! Also, I got an Aquaman Margarita. It was alright, it didn't have a lot of alcohol...
Read moreThis place went from face to face ordering with a person to using an app. Plus you have to sign up with their app to order and pay. The waiter explained, this gave them more time to interact with customers. People next to us got an actual menu and more interaction than we did during our visit. The food was also not up to par. When we finally were able to get an order through, we decided on the chicken fried chicken with jalepeno gravy. After one bite it was a disappointment. It had a powdered consistency and no jalepeno flavor. I thought they gave us the wrong one. Couldn’t find the waiter. So much for more interaction. Went to the bar to ask for the correct gravy. I was told the white gravy is the jalepeno flavor. I told the bartender it was plain. I was offered jalepenos to add to the gravy. They should have added it to begin with when they made it. Food quality and customer service went out the window. Stay away from this place and go where there’s real interaction and customer service. There’s no need for anyone to have to order their own food on line AT the restaurant and also be ignored. It would’ve been nice to be offered to either get a physical menu than telling us to...
Read moreWent here for dinner with 4 friends, we had no issues getting in as other have stated. We are all Hispanic and didnt feel that we were being treated differently than others.... BUT service was horrible!! The waitress (who smelled like she needed a shower from a few feet away and was wearing a hat so low i could barely see her face and very greasy looking hair underneath) took FOREVER to come and take our order, then she comes back to RETAKE the order because who knows what happened to the first copy. We finally get our drinks and the unthinkable happened... I GOT A WARM/ROOM-TEMPERATURE BEER. Im not sure whats the worse than that at a bar but I sure do like my beer cold. Maybe it sat out at the bar TOO long after it had been poured but it was bad. Server was nowhere to be found so I couldnt even ask for a cold one and drank my water instead. We were there for 2 hours and it wasnt by choice. We ate moderately fast because we had other plans for the night and still took 2 hours for the whole dinner process. Although the food was fine I doubt Ill ever go back. Maybe they were understaffed but I wont be...
