First off let me say... tonight’s review deserves ZERO stars but unfortunately that is not an option. However, the manager of this location needs to be fired immediately!! Tonight we came to celebrate our sons birthday and there were 11 of us. Our kids love IHOP!! Anyways, we arrived at 6:45, walk in and the restaurant was nearly empty. We were seated and it took 10 minutes to be greeted then another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Again, hardly any patrons... after we got our drinks, we asked for a minute to look over the menu and got 20 minutes. Finally our server came to take our order, after our order was placed... it took over an hour and 26 minutes to get our food. Not once did a server come to check on us, glasses were empty and at one point we asked “how much longer”. Now if it wasn’t for my father-in-law being a patient man and our youngest son excited for his chicken and waffles, I was ready to let loose on the servers who continued to ignore us. We watched people wait in the lobby for their food for over 30 minutes that they had already paid for... I watched a man open his food and immediately ask for the manager and he NEVER came out. People in the lobby were very upset and demanding refunds and again, no manager. We still waited... an hour and 32 minutes later, food arrived... it was cold, hard and burnt. That was the straw that broke the camels back. My father-in-law got up and walked over and asked to speak to the manager. The manager had NOTHING but a bunch of bs excuses yet, not a single apology. He blamed his staff rather than own up for his lack of management skills... several tables walked out, as did we. Upon leaving, I warned a couple about to walk in and explained to them our experience and politely told them that they should reconsider their dining selection. They left immediately. Now, I am not one to complain but I was in the service industry for 5 years and I work in customer service... this location needs a serious come to Jesus meeting! Because of their manager, lack of customer care/service and poor food service, we walked out on what would have been over $100 plus ticket. Our server still received a tip but as for the other servers talking poorly about upset customers, we will NEVER return to this location. TERRIBLE...

One server in building he only had 2 table sat when we arrived one table had food the other didn't but he was taking orders for 3 people my family waited close to 15min to be seated. After her took order he disappeared to back somewhere. Once sat he came with drink pretty quick but took another 10min to take pur order then disappeared to back again for 15min before he entered our order for 4people. I can see cooks get right on it to make food but server again was no where to be found out food sat under warmer lights for about ten minutes one of the cooks brought our food out and apologized. Server came back out saw we were eating and asked who brought our food told him cook did he looked mad and we back to tell management. Management was angry at cooks i can here them arguing. Another party of 4 arrived waiting for 20 min to be sat and another 10 to get drinks mind you only 3 tables at this point. That party of 4 left without even ordering food . Server was in back somewhere for another 30min no refills on drinks. One of the tables got tired of waiting went to kitchen to ask staff for refills . Manager came out I started to express my concerns and he wanted nothin to hear me out and right away said just because your angry im will not discount food if thats what your going to ask. I said no im going to pay what i ordered plus i left a 7 dollar tip on table . I showed him i had a digital gift card on phone he told me can i just pay with cash because the process to use my digital card is lengthy and he is busy in back room and needs to finish. Told him no so preceded to charge my digital card with a rude manner . As he was helping me another was waiting to be seated he told management how much longer they have been waiting 20 minutes and there on sat sat in whole restaurant manager told customer you can continue to wait or you can go somewhere else so they left. Read moreI enjoy my visit here my server was Gabriela my table was 41.1 I came in on a Saturday on my break my food was good but my service was better I love but I can't stand poor customer service especially when I'm spending my money not only was my food good and the service was excellent but I can't help to think that I got more on this day then just good food and excellent service as I'm set there waiting on my food then when it came out I couldn't help but to start thinking of the people in EL PASO,Tx people out just have lunch breakfast brunch with friends and family are just simply by themselves like I was as I looked around and when I was getting ready to leave out me and a white lady made eye contact she smiled at me and I smiled back just to say have a great day my hands was full as I was walking out 3 young Hispanic males was walking in they stop for one to hold the door and the other two step back out the second door one hold that door for me also with all 3 telling me to have a good day my server was so nice and polite most people would say that's her job but how many times have you been some where and there's just been nasty attitudes everywhere I work in this area and I've been to several of the different restaurants in this area and I've got poor customer service and just about each one of them from the food being nasty to the server having a bad attitude THANK YOU GABRIELA and when she brought my ticket back to cash out she told me thank you and have a blessed day I pray she have a better one as well as the white lady who just simply gave me a kind smile and the three young man that open the door for me and told me to have a great day GOD PLEASE BLESS THESE PEOPLE IN S WORLD THAT JUST SEE COLOR NOT HUMAN'S JUST A LITTLE ACT OF KINDNESS WILL...
