Avoid this location at all cost. There is a reason why this location is the worst rated in the area. Go to Golden triangle or anywhere else. As a customer of Jersey Mikes and dasher the General Manager Duane has no customer service skills at all. Was picking up a doordash and he said it would only take a couple minutes it ended up being 12 minutes later, 10 minutes past the pick up time and as he handed me the food he was giving me attitude. Mind you this whole time other customers come in and ordering or getting their food 1st before he decided to pack this customer's order even though it was ready way before. Even the customer had texted me asking what is taking the store so long. Also there's not one restaurant that I know of that asks you to confirm the order and physically have to show them your phone, that's what the dashboard on their side is for. Ridiculous, I would support other Jersey Mike franchises instead. Corporate has to do something about this and him. They have been reached. Based on other negative reviews this store is a Reflection of the GM.

Of course you felt that way and protecting Duane., i wouldnt have expected a different response, you still failed to mention what he said to me and treated me 1st and what the customer ordering said. You referred to 1124 order time was suppose to given to me. It was still past that time. Order was suppose to be picked up at 1114 or 1117 on my side , Other Jersey Mikes in area don't operate like this, I guess it just follows the chain of command here. Customer reached out to Corporate too. And I respectively disagree on berating Duane, don't tell a customer or Dasher it is going to be a couple minutes when it's not. Based on other reviews this store can't seem to understand that. Will definitely be declining offers here. Read moreOn Sunday, 10/29/2023, I went into this location to pick up an order. I’m here frequently & they have recently implemented a new process to have drivers ‘confirm’ orders they have received. I 100% support this process. However, the young man that was handing me the order refused to hand it until I ‘confirmed’ on my app. I explained to him I will confirm as soon as the order is in my possession. To do so prior to receiving the order, would by lying. He preceded to be argumentive & told me to confirm as he handed it to me. I just ‘tapped’ my phone because I needed to get to a second restaurant for a different customer. He then handed me the order and as I walked out I officially ‘confirmed’ the order in my app like I said I would. This happened because he didnt validate I actually confirmed when I ‘tapped’ my phone.
Management: I support confirming orders prior to leaving the restaurant. However, the order needs to be in our physical possession or again, we would be lying in regards to the confirmation. Please remember we are picking up for pre-paid customers & should not be treated differently because we are delivery drivers. Yes, delivery drivers who steal orders suck, but 90% of us are doing what we’re supposed to do. Customer service that includes being argumentive is unacceptable.

I ordered a California club - the gentleman behind the counter put mayo on a piece of bread (I wasn’t sure if it was mine) so I asked. When he said it was my sandwich I politely said “I didn’t want mayo” he just started at me and then said “it comes with it” and continued to stare at me. It is not listed on the menu or I would’ve told him not to include it. After a lot of awkward staring he threw the bread out and grabbed another piece. Didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else on it and just assumed I didn’t want bacon, lettuce tomato etc. The girl behind the counter also put roast beef on my sandwich (it calls for turkey and cheese) rather than say anything to me to make sure I’m ok with the fact that roast beef was on it - he picked it off and threw it out. This same girl rolled her eyes at who I believe was the manager when he asked her to stop filling chips and help the man behind the counter. The energy in the room between the employees was beyond awkward. I believe in writing more positive than negative reviews but the owner of this location needs to be made aware of their staffs treatment of each other...
