I went there about 2 years ago and couldn't get mayo for the sandwich I ordered, the waiter told me they didn't use it and didn't have any, feeling like I was being lied to I told my wife I wouldn't go back, and didn't until today. What a mistake that was! I called and ordered a large pizza, the guy asked; what kind? Not knowing what he meant, I asked him to explain it to me. In a very rude tone he said; what kind. So I said a regular pizza, ok be ready in 15 minutes. I didn't even want to go pick it up but since I ordered it I tried to get it. I show up at the place about 20 minutes after the phone call n the place is empty. The guy was on the phone taking an order, so I grabbed a menu, I wanted to know what kind of pizza they sell. They have, pizza, white pizza and a speciality... So the guy gets off the phone and asks; did you order? Yes I said, he says ok n walks in the back. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes he didn't come back or say anything to me. I walk away from the counter and sit at a table, few minutes go by n this guy comes out n says he gave my pizza to someone else n he was making a new one for me. Read moreOwner/manager is not friendly and seems annoyed that he is having to take your order and serve you. Food was just ok. Nothing special. Way overpriced but im not even sure what the prices are. Hand written receipt is chicken scratch and unreadable (on purpose). When taking the receipt to the counter the owner/manager will ring you up quickly 🤣. You have all probably been in this situation before. The dude just loves to hit the + sign over and over as your watching the tally go up and up with a variety of different amounts being entered and deleted until the final bill is not even close to what you ordered. He does this quickly and with the same rude attitude asks for your payment rather forcefully. This is done intentionally so that you feel uncomfortable and will not question the charges. I have ran into swindlers like this before. I decided not to question the ticket but instead I wrote a 0 for the tip amount. After looking at my bank statement the owner/manager added a gratuity anyway. There is nothing on his menu that states that a gratuity will be added. The owner is guilty of credit card fraud by adding a tip that was not given. I will be returning this weekend to get a refund on the unauthorized charge. Read moreWe have given this place SOOO much of our money even after the first incident we continued to go back giving them a bit of grace. Well after tonight, they have 100% lost our business. We haven’t had issues with the food or the wait staff. The issue comes from the owner. His lack of customer service is concerning. The first time we had an issue with him was when my husband and our small toddler came in to eat a few years ago. The waitress mentioned to us another table was going to pay for us. We were shocked and blessed so we left a good tip, finished our meal and left. The next week we came in the owner came to us and said the waitress made a mistake the last time we came in and our table wasn’t the one that was suppose to be paid for. HE ASKED US TO PAY OUR BILL FROM THE LAST TIME WE CAME IN! He not only asked us to pay the bill he also said the waitress had to pay for our bill since it wasn’t covered. Insane! Tonight was the last straw. The waitress wrote the total price on the bill and my husband went to pay. Apparently the waitress wrote the total wrong so when the owner looked at it, he changed his total instead of honoring what his waitress wrote. It was almost a $8/9 difference.
