Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I am taking away my 5 star review. Ben hung up on me multiple times. I explained I wanted both red pizza sauce and white garlic sauce and he said they can not do that. I said I did not know that because the website lets you select multiple sauce and crust options I said I will just get the red sauce. If this were an issue the store should call the customer should clarify.. He then said this is the LAST free pizza being made for me and i was confused because I never had a free pizza from them and this is just ONE of the TWO the General Manager Stephanie said she put in my account when I was just there two days ago. I have always recommended them to neighbors and put good reviews up. This will be our last time here because I was treated so mean by Ben.. i already filled out an online form

Update 12/10/24: the only location that doesnt know what light bake means. Ordered at 4:33 did not get my food until 521 and I only ordered cheese pizza. The first time I was handed a pepperoni pizza and then was argued with when I said I didn't order that .truly disgraceful I will not be returning to this location. It is really poor quality.

We originally requested a basic pepperoni pizza with jalapenos, and I made sure to call and confirm that no romano cheese would be added to our order. My spouse and I placed the order online and I reiterated our preference during the call, emphasizing that we did not want any romano cheese. We paid the delivery fee, anticipating our pizza would arrive promptly. However, we were frustrated when it took an unusually long time for the pizza to be delivered. When we tried to call to check on our order, no one answered the phone.

Eventually, we decided to go to the Clifford location in person. My husband walked in to ask about the status of our pizza, only to find out from an employee that someone had indeed called to confirm our request for no romano cheese. Unfortunately, there had been a breakdown in communication, and the staff failed to inform us that our pizza was just sitting at their location. This lack of communication has led me to decide that I will no longer support this establishment. I feel they should at least have offered us a discount on our order for the inconvenience of having to pick up our pizza after it was meant to...

So I tried Marco's for the first time and have a very mixed review. I'll start with the positive. I went with delivery and the online ordering process was good and it arrived super fast. I'll get to the pizza in a moment, but I also got the Buffalo chicken wings. OMG! Those are amazing! Very large and juicy! Y'all really need to have more flavors added to the menu. Now the negative. Unfortunately, the pizza was pretty bad. I went with the grilled chicken florentine as I'm not a big fan of tomato sauce. I usually gravitate towards creamy or white sauces. So the thought of garlic parmesan sauce sounded awesome! First, there was little to NO sauce on the pizza, which made it very dry. I substituted mushrooms for the red onions. The mushrooms were not fresh, but canned. The grilled chicken had NO seasoning. The feta cheese made the pizza even drier, due to no sauce.
