Waited in drive through line 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Guy said "Can I help you?" I got 3 words out and he said "Can you give me a minute?" So I waited. He came back on and I said "I want 3 Chocolate Shamrock Shakes and 3 regular Shamrock Shakes." I'm looking at the pictures on the menu as I tell him this and it is 2:30 on March 17 (St. Patrick's Day). He says "So you want 6 shakes?" Me: "yes" Him: 3 regular and 3 half and half ?" Me: "yes" Him: "Ok your total is blah blah blah." I drive to the first window where a girl is staring at her register with a puzzled look. Suddenly she closes the window and yells something to the front counter. She opens the window and says "We don't have any Shamrock shakes." I said "You don't?" She says "No. We have the chocolate ones though." Ok. Didn't make sense to me since the chocolate ones were half chocolate and half mint. I said "Ok. Give me 6 of those." Meanwhile some woman is taking money out of the girls register and talking to her while I'm trying to make sure those shakes have mint in them. Turns out, they don't, they're just chocolate. 15 minutes have passed with me at the pay window. Finally I said "NEVERMIND." and I left. First of all, EVERYONE in that work area should have known they were out of Shamrock Shakes. Second, would it have killed someone to go put a "Sorry we're out." sign on the two pictures of the shakes on the menus?...

#1 - The store manager does NOT speak English and the cashier had to translate. The last i checked dont you have to speak fluent english as a store manager in order to solve customer problems? Why dont they put the store manager as the cashier and the cashier as the manager? Atleast then someone will be actually get something done around here because the store manager just walks off like im suppose to handle the problems McDonalds creates and the cashier just looks at me like it is not her problem and cant solve it because she is'nt a manager.
#2 - When calling the store to speak to someone about a problem with my order not being made from ordering on the app they hang up. Real Professional here.
#3 - Why cant i order from this store without having recurring problems? Whether i order in the drive through, in store, or over the app i have problems with my food being correct or it not being made at all. I'd be willing to bet not only do they not speak english, but they cant read it either.
Seriously McDonalds, WTF...... Is having someone speak english too...

I like that I can get my breakfast so early in the morning (4am) on Saturday or Sunday morning, the guy in the drive thru is polite, focus, and gets it right, so kudos to him and his crew. The afternoon people are a bit different, looks like they're overwhelmed all the time, not always friendly, and not always patient. Now the evening people are probably the worst, for one thing we live in Texas so right now, when you're just getting off work or it's a really hot day, you'll want a milkshake and they say the machine is broken, it's 10pm, they sometimes don't close till 11pm, either way, I know that machine is not broken, it's taken apart and clean out for the night but they do it early, why?? That machine does not need to be clean out or taken apart till after McDonald's is officially close for the night. And THAT is not right, a billion dollar company and the machine is broken?? I think a change of management or reinforcement needs to be considered for the...
