We have ordered from here before, and never any issues, but today I had a problem with my bowl, I ordered a broccoli beef with fried rice. They don't cook their veggies enough for me, so I will usually cook the veggies a little longer on my stove, and I realized I only got maybe 2 1/2 pieces of beef in this. So, ya I called to voice my concern, and the MGR on duty was saying we do 70% veggies and 30% meat. There is no way this is that ratio. I wasn't going to drive back up there for him to give me a refund, for their mishap, so I asked for a refund, he didn't seem concerned about having the food, cause he said to take pictures and go back up there another day with my receipt, but I guess that's where the issue began, because I said no I'm not driving back up there, you're not going to refund me gas money along with the food, so no I'm not gonna do that. Then I asked him if there was anyone else higher than him that I can talk to about this, he said no I'm the highest, lol I couldn't help but laugh and I said uhh, no that's a lie you aren't, that would be the owner, and you're just the manager on duty. So, then I asked for corporates number and he said you can get that online, of course I asked why can't you just give it to me, because I know you have it, you have to, and then I asked for his name so when I Google corporates number(which he didn't want to give) I can talk to them and tell them who I talked to, he refused to give me his name, and then he just hung up on me. So very professional of a Manager to do. It's really not that big of a deal, but I'm a diabetic, and i hadn't eaten all day which isnt good for me, but I only got that bowl for the meat and veggie, because the rice I give to my son when we eat this, because I can't have that kind of carbs, but the way he acted about the whole situation, is the reason I have contacted corporate, because it was very unprofessional for a manager to act this way with a customer. Read moreThe last time I went to this Panda Express was November 8th. I went to the other Burleson Panda Express FIRST an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. I learned that the employees do not keep the dishes made close to closing time. At first, the employee told me it would be 8 minutes to make string bean chicken. Then when I got up to the window, the same employee told me that they didn't have any chicken thawed. I am pretty sure that they use frozen chicken and cook it in grease. Then the employee told me that they were out of spring rolls. I went to the THIS Burleson location NEXT [near Kohl's] and they were out of fried rice and refused to make anymore. Another customer was upset because they only had 3 dishes to choose from and only white rice. Did I tell you that it was an hour before they closed? Why are they NOT making more dishes once they run out? It seems that this a a practice of BOTH Burleson locations. This is ridiculous. It seems that this is an order from upper management not to make any new dishes during the last hour before closing. Beware if you choose to go an hour before closing time. You will be greeted with disappointment! I am no longer supporting any...
Read moreI’ve never been to panda express before. I wanted to try it out tonight when my wife and son. After ordering our food and getting it bagged and rung up, we get home and half of our food wasn’t in the bag. It was a huge inconvenience and I had to call the restaurant to let them know what happened. A guy who picked up told me that they were sorry and they will remake the food. I came back to the restaurant and told the person who made my food as well as person that rung us up, and the response that I got is, “ it was very confusing, so sorry.” The guy who picked up the phone didn’t even made himself present to figure out what was going on. I had to pay for the food again while checking out. The end result was neither my wife and I got to eat our meals and both ended up being cold due to having to feed our son and put him to bed. Very disappointing. I plan to figure out how to contact the corporate line to let them know to be mindful about their customer service...
