Hello everyone if you have recently visited this location and had terrible food service it’s because they have started a new “hot&fresh” service technique, this means whatever is done first gets ran to the table first. so you may get your fries 2 min in and your wings 20 after. I was a server here until last night when I was fired for taking a French fry to my customers table who had been waiting for over a hour because the cooks bumped his order off the screen to make ticket times look better for corporate. The customer had already eaten all his food and was still waiting for his fry, so after a hour it finally came up and I took it to him before another customers food who hadn’t been waiting long and wasn’t even one of my table. Also after paying $600 for my state bartending certification classes I applied as and was enter viewed to be the new Bartender. 2 weeks in the GM told me idk who gave you the idea you would be bartender but they where mistaken we don’t need a bartender and if we did there are several people ahead of you. Keep in mind I’m 30 with 10 years behind the bar and there current night bartender just turned 21..... as of today 3/5/21 Facebook jobs post they still are posting adds for bartending jobs with no intention of hiring anyone for the position. Also the GM pics and chooses when and who can break rules and bullies whoever isn’t in her click out. 2 of the waitstaff girls since I started have called in more than a dozen times without any consequences in the last “3 weeks” 2 nights before we where running 50min wait times while the cooks where having a rap battle in the back,”manager was in office with door closed all night” But I was written up for missing a 8am meeting after closing the night before till 2am. The meeting was about a new chili cheese burger. The actual owner seems like a nice guy but he is being extremely mislead about how his franchise is being ran when he isn’t around. They average 10 to 15k less in sales than Mansfield branch monthly and it’s so easy when your behind the scenes...
Read moreWe had a horrible experience today 9/26/2025. If I could give a zero star for service I would. Our server was Jocelyn. Where should I begin, my husband's beer took forever to arrive, it was warm and flat and he requested a totally different beer which never came, our food arrived and the order was wrong. Jocelyn didn't even bother to ask us if everything was okay and didnt bring us our correct order nor did she apologize for the wrong order. My kids needed a refill and she said she would bring it and never did. I saw her either gossiping or hiding in the fountain drink area beshe was there for at least 5 minutes. I got tired of waiting for the refills and my 3 kids were getting impatient waiting so I decided to get up and go myself to the fountain drink machine, she ran out of there quickly and then said "I gotchu" but told her co-worker to do our refills instead. My husband waited for his beer, his food got cold so he decided to goto the bar and get it himself, mind you this is the initial beer that he had ordered because the 1st beer tasted horrible....(it was suppose to replace is original beer). After maybe 10 min or so my husband was able to flag down our waiter to tell her to cancel that beer that he ordered with her because he got it himself, she was just like ok. She seem to avoid us and our table, which i have no idea why. We were kind and respectful. She never once apologized or any of it, she never came to check on us. She brought a refill of my drink once we were about to leave.Dont go here and if you do, I hope you don't get the same server we got. Every other server was non stop working and attentive. We will be driving further to a BWW if we ever decide to order/dine in again. Oh ans our order that was wrong wasn't even removed from the check, I was going to say something but my husband said to just leave it so we could pay and get out of there because even the check...
Read moreJust ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and had the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant! When we went in we verified with both the hostess and the waiter (Christian) that they were offering the teacher appreciation discount. First, it took forever for the waiter to even come speak to us, then the drinks were terrible. When the food arrived, my two children’s order was on the same plate. We asked for a plate for my daughter, ketchup, and silverware (we had asked previously when we ordered). He came back with ketchup and had to remind him of the plate and silverware. He came back 5 minutes later with the plate but no silverware, we asked again for the silverware and my husband finally went and got our silverware from another waitress. By then our food was cold! (meanwhile he’s refilled the young girls drinks at the table next to us and spent some quality time talking to them). When the waiter finally brought silverware he brought one set for our table of four! We ran out of our drinks and no refill was offered. We are very fast because they had the TVs up so loud you couldn’t even hear others at your table without yelling (seriously my throat is sore from yelling)! We asked for take out boxes and the ticket. He came back with the boxes and no ticket. 10 minutes later he finally brings the ticket, but it did not have the teachers discount! He left for that and we asked to speak to the manger. 15 minutes later we’re told the manager is busy helping the bar tender since the bars so busy and the waiter comes and says he hasn’t gotten the discount applied yet either! Again he has been spending plenty of time at the table next to ours! We ended up leaving and just paying the ticket with no teacher appreciation discount applied! Absolutely...
