Lane Bryant — Local services in Fort Worth

I called up there yesterday because I live in Waco and the Waco lane Bryant did not have any swimsuits in store and I’m going on a trip today so I needed something to wear to swim. Well my mother lives in burleson so I figured I’d call and see if the burleson location had any I could have my mom pick up for me so I could have one for my trip. When I called the store a lady named Jessica answered the phone and explained to me that they didn’t sale swimsuit in store, only online but they did have some returns I could look at. Well I had no time to make it to the store from Waco in time since they closed I’m an hour so I told Jessica to please just grab me anything they had in my size and my mother would come get it! Well Jessica went above and beyond and went through all the retuns in my size and gave me each scue number to look it up to see if I liked them and she found me one that I loved and she held it so my mother could run up their to pick it up and meet me half way so I could grab it. Lane Bryant, I don’t know if Jessica was a manger or not but I will tell you that she goes above and beyond for your customers and truly is an angel. I will be calling the store when they open to brag about her. Just know that y’all are so lucky to have such a sweet Amazing working like Jessica. I went into Lane Bryant 08/13/2022 to get Bra's and one lady measured me so I took a couple of bras into the changing room and I was getting frustrated so another woman ask me if she could help me and I stated yes please so she came into the changing room with me. Paula was truly an amazing help while trying on Bra's she stayed in room with me. And I never had anybody do that before I kinda felt weird at first, but she truly helped me decided which bra's to get and I am so grateful for her help she went above and beyond to help me make sure I got the right fitted Bra for me. I came back in town fought traffic to arrive at the door at 7:57 pm only to pick up my package to find the store clerk vacuuming with the door locked band refusing to acknowledging me ""seen me" looked right in my face kept vacuuming and then ignored my knocks at the door!
