Pizza was mediocre only at best. Both had so little cheese I might have gotten extra no cheese. No wonder the all kept pushing extra cheese on me. It was like pleas get it you’re gonna regret this decision .. I’m gonna go worth a solid 3. Might move it downs star still. For one no drive through. App Said wanna be contactless - well yes I do - But the entire drive around the store only proved to disappoint as there was no window. Walked my lazy butt inside to see a cluster f of employees talking. Thanks guys. Id lie my food now. Wait longer and longer finally go stand at the counter after an order was called out that wasn’t my name considering I was there first. She looked at me then went to the I assume hot box and called out another then another then mine and another. What a coincidence that all those order came ready at the same time. Wow weeee. Let’s see how often she lets those pizzas stack in there like that. I saw no one with management skills and did I mention no drone Either. Get your pizza tracker online fixed or get ya a new crew. First of all, I see a lot of complaints against Doordash when people don't know it's not always the fault of the dasher...AT ALL!!!

Tonight, I was met with the worst treatment that I have ever experienced in years!!! There is literally too much rudeness and unprofessionalism from their staff that typing of multiple adjectives won't even begin to convey the disrespect.

Bottom line, I asked when my order would be ready. I was told 'when it comes out the oven' with an eye roll to match the line. I was told they were closed at 10:48 pm(sign says closed at 11). I was then told they didn't prepare my order in it's entirety. 20 minute wait for their mistake(on bread sticks). I will continue this horror story after speaking with corporate It went on and on.... Including lying and even more disrespect!

Again, please don't assume it's the Dasher. People don't know how hard it is dealing with rude merchants, orders that simply aren't ready on time and we can do nothing about it, missing items when we can not even SEE what you ordered and rely on the merchant to be accurate etc.

The lady working tonight needs a new job or new training. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT UNLESS YOU WANT A PEPPERONI WITH EXTRA ATTITUDE...

The website clearly shows delivery is available until 11pm. I placed an order online for delivery at 10:50. Within 2 minutes I received a call from the store stating they were no longer doing delivery for the night. I told the lady that the website says delivery is available for orders placed before 11 pm and it was still before 11 and asked why my pizza couldn’t be delivered. She informed me that they only had one driver and it would be an hour and a half to receive the delivery. I stated that was no problem I’d wait. The girl (who was rude from the moment I answer the phone) said that she wasn’t giving me the option to wait, she was letting me know delivery was not an option. I cancelled my order and asked to be issued a full refunds, she stated she would handle it. I asked for her name Incase there was an issue with my refund and she said “I’m not telling you my name.” I explained to her why I wanted her name and she repeated that she would not be giving her name to me. This sounds like a classic case of a place being run by young folks who are trying to leave early. My order was cancelled and the customer service was the worst. I do not recommend this...
