My recent visit to Hokkaido Japanese Restaurant in Fort Worth was an absolute delight, marked by exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the charming hostess, Mirena, whose genuine warmth set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. Our server, Jack, was equally outstanding, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel right at home. Their efforts truly elevated our meal, turning it into a memorable occasion. Absolutely LOVEEEE this place.. Sushi was outstanding, customer service experience outstanding, family friendly, clean, price was really good, fresh, top sushi, drinks were amazing. I had a milk tea with bobba lol I even order another to go, Japanese sodas on point kids love it, my daughter had ramen 🍜 and boy oh boy it was delicious my daughter chow it down like if she was in a race of how good noodles 🍜 and soup was, edaname was delicious we order 2 and also the potsticker 🥟 were a hit with the Family. We went to celebrate my sons 12 birthday, we love sushi but he is a sushi fanatic and we wanted really good sushi and at a good price. We got a bento box for my husband who loved it and really great portions and A SUSHI BOAT for the Birthday Boy it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL if not more beautiful that I could haved asked for, specially for this occasion . Well this place didn't disappoint not one bit, my daughter who is 4 made Little mess with her soda and the beautiful young lady who was helping us and I think owner not sure, were soo nice and understanding came right away ready to help, thankfully it wasn't a big mess but the attention was 100% spot on, checked on us at all times and the young lady was very sweet to my daughter 😂 who loves to talk.. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel as a family and great service they provided. Now in days they no longer provide this outstanding service that goes hand in hand with the food.. Highly recommend.. For all ages... Definitely will be coming back... Keep up the amazing work and don't change!! U have a customer for life now.. And an upcoming generation too...

We discovered Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi through a quick search on Google Maps, and we’re so glad we did! The food was excellent, especially for the price point, and the service was friendly and attentive.

I ordered a Bento Box, which included miso soup, a side salad, and rice. The bento starts at $16.95, which is a great value considering the portions and quality. For my two selections, I chose the Vegetable Tempura and the Chicken Katsu. The tempura was perfectly crispy and light, while the Chicken Katsu—made with chicken thighs instead of the usual breast—was juicy and flavorful with a delightfully crisp coating. I ended up taking the rest to go.

We also tried the Yellowtail Roll, which featured fresh fish and a well-balanced fish-to-rice ratio.

My husband ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, which included pork belly, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, scallions, and a soft-boiled egg in a spicy white shoyu broth. He’s usually picky about ramen, but this one impressed him. I tasted the broth and agree—it was delicious.

Lastly, he got the Lover Tuna Roll, which includes spicy tuna topped with fresh tuna, white tuna, avocado, spicy mayo, and wasabi mayo. According to my him, it was his ideal sushi roll—fresh, flavorful, and not fried.
